The change was very smooth and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Aaron was our server and he was superb! Our interactions were fantastic, and sometimes even humorous. The entire dining experience was excellent; from the appetizer (Salmon Croquets) to dessert (Creme Brouilee for my wife and Key Lime pie for me, although parts of my pie were still cold and frozen). The occasion was my wife's birthday and she was surprised with a free "Birthday Bubbly" and complimentary dessert.
