Carmine’s is always good! The staff at the Atlantic City location is always welcoming and accommodating. The management, Antonio and Randy are professional and consistently makes it a point to check on the customers. Our waitress today was OUTSTANDING! She was professional, cheerful, knowledgeable and really went out of her way to make sure our meal was perfect.Donatella was one of the ABSOLUTE best waitresses that we had in a very long time!!!

It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Atlantic City. Never disappointed in the quality of the food. Never leave hungry. Never feel rushed. If we plane to be around Caesars we always reserve for dinner.

The meal was delish. Everyone was super nice and wished me a happy birthday. We got to try the main things and here's what I recommend: wagyu meatballs were fantastic (nice acidity, good mix of flavors, cheese complimented the savory aspect), beef Wellington (it melted in my mouth and I dont normally like the taste of mushrooms however I didnt mind it at all), sticky toffee pudding (I'm diabetic and had to remind myself to stop eating after 3 bites - it wasnt too sweet, nor sticky but perfect blend and fulfilling)

The wings were pretty good. They didn’t have as many flavor options as I would have liked but the basics were tasty. They also serve Pepsi products but don’t carry Dr. Pepper, which was odd. The server we had was amazing though. He was attentive and fast! I can say that the service specifically was great as we were able to eat, pay and get back to our hotel before our football game came on. On a Sunday night there were only two other patrons there besides our party of 3 so it was definitely quiet.

Outstanding! Setting was motivated. Our waitress was nice and extremely friendly.. ( Sharon ) food was to be expected there, bar foods, and the beer was delicious as well. USMC -MSgt- Retired.
