At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

We were there for the 14th anniversary of me and my wife. The place was romantic with ambient lighting that lend to the mood. We went for the raw oysters but knew nothing about, luckily our server Peter was very knowledgable and went into detail about the different kinds, tastes, and proper pairings. It was a very enjoyable evening. Plus, he hooked me up with the most delicious Blue cheese stuffed olives!

Excellent food. As good as Zahav in Philly. BYOB keeps the bill with appetizers and two entrees to $100. They just bring more warm pita without asking. Nice touch!

Once again The Highlawn was absolutely delightful in all aspects! It was a special birthday dinner for a dear friend, and our server, Mike, made it such a wonderful occasion. The appetizers were delicious - we especially enjoyed the lobster tempura and the beet salad. The four of us ordered a Cowboy (tomahawk) steak for two, and a Porterhouse. Both were outstanding - cooked perfectly medium rare, well-marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It was a terrific evening, from our complimentary sparkling wine to the birthday cake.
