Excellent experience at Hanks. Russell was a wonderful server, precise, present and unobtrusive, and a bit quirky (he made the meal and experience better and fun). The first table we were seated at was cramped close to another table of two and the restaurant was not full and I made reservations as it was a special occasion. Russell improved the awkward seating and gave us a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate. After we were moved to a more suitable table that offered a slight measure of privacy so we could converse. The appetizer and champagne were marvelous. Oysters were the app and Mumm the champagne. Excellent selection of fish in Columbus Ohio, but a poor showing of the raw bar. Hardly any fish (maybe none), few large shrimp, one crab claw. Odd because this is billed as a seafood place and highlight the raw bar. I ordered grouper and it was excellent fish, perfectly prepared. However the rice it was put on was cold and the fish was hot. Odd. Overall it was a great meal. Concerned about seating if I chose to dine again at Hanks. And why was the rice cold????

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! Food was the best I’ve ever had. Butter pie was the best dessert I’ve ever had. Our service was incredible. They accommodated to our needs and requests. On top of that, they gave us a delicious complimentary birthday dessert, which was of course very delicious, too. If you get the chance to ever go, it’s well worth it in every aspect! Ask for Mark as your server too!

Lindey’s is always amazing. The staff is the best there. They are super knowledgeable about the food and wine list and are always extremely friendly every time. The food is the best in town. The lobster risotto will blow your mind away. The calamari appetizer is better than most restaurants on the coast. The desserts are also fantastic and complete a wonderful meal.

The setting is beautiful, the service was great all around and the food was very good in flavor and presentation. It is pricey, but for a special celebration or a once-in-a-blue moon experience it’s definitely worth trying. Our party of four thou roughly enjoyed our evening.

So glad we decided to try this restaurant. The service was amazing and our server was so knowledgeable about all the drinks and the menu options. My husband and I are GF and there were so many options for us to eat, definitely a new favorite.
