Wow! I’ve eaten a lot of enchiladas in my life but the red beef enchiladas here were some of the best that I have ever tasted. I now have a new favorite restaurant in the Hill Country and can’t wait to go back.

We were here for a double birthday, and we couldn't have planned a better place for laughs and entertainment after a long day of wine tasting. If you are in Fredericksburg, this is a must do! I'd highly recommend reservations because it gets packed. I can't recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be back! The talent, service and wine are all top notch!

I went for afternoon tea with my mom as a special treat for her birthday. This was her first time, and she loved it. Every item on the 3 tiered stand was delicious; from the biscuits with clotted cream and blueberry jam to the beef wellington (which was by far our favorite!). We truly savored each type of food. Thank you to the entire team for making her feel special with the birthday greeting from the host, to the birthday card on the table, and lastly the passion fruit sorbet with a candle. Very sweet and thoughtful. I have been here a few times and each time has been so special. Thank you so much Tillies for not sacrificing quality of food or ambience. We will be back!

We ordered the charcuterie board and it was very underwhelming especially for the price. I would not order this again but I would go again and try something different. The atmosphere was cool and unique to Fredericksburg. We had great service.
