- BBaptisteVIPMontreal / Quebec •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 26, 2025I’ve had the privilege of dining at Panacée a few times. Before you ask; no, they’re not my friends, and I wasn’t paid to write this. It’s just one of those rare restaurants where you wish dinner would never end and time would freeze so you could savor one more bite. It’s among the best (if not the best) introductions to refined Quebec cuisine in Montreal, with zero pretension. The service is impeccably friendly, and the food is outstanding. Flavors are thoughtfully crafted in ways that make you wonder why you’ve never tasted them like this before. Get the full tasting menu (even if you’re not a dessert person… trust me), sit at the counter, go for the wine pairing, and enjoy the evening.More infoRestaurant PanacéePrice: Expensive• Market Cuisine• Montreal East•5
