Very nice setting. Can be loud with wine tastings and others celebrating special occasions. The menu had a nice offering of different dietary preferences (ex. Meat, seafood, pasta, light fare, etc.) The food was delicious and could serve as a casual dining or special occasions dining experience! Get the crispy Brussel sprouts, they are my FAVORITE!!!!

Our waitress was phenomenal! Had some late guests and she was so patient and kind. Recommended some dishes. Food is always good. Our table by the fireplace was an extra lovely bonus!

We thought Sotto was a great restaurant! We shared a nice bottle of Barbera D’Alba with our dinner. We shared the Goat cheese, hazelnut honey grilled bread as a starter and then the Pappardelle al cinghiale (Wild boar), cappellacci (Short rib) and wood-fired quail. The Wild Boar and Short Rib dishes were excellent and the quail was very good. We ended the meal with one having lemon cello and one having coffee and chocolate budino. All were great. Service was very good. The atmosphere was quite nice and the restaurant was packed.

We dined here yesterday for my birthday had 5:00 reservations, short wait only to be directed to a table by the server pass through and service bar and the rest of the room was empty. To me that's always a big no-no. We asked for a booth and was seated in a booth in the bar area after we enjoyed a round of drinks with excellent service from the bartenders. My friends called ahead and had the menu printed with a Happy Birthday to me! That was very special. The server's assistant was fantastic. Bread was always available as water glasses filled. Sara our server did a great job all night. Jordan the general manager I believe was very delightful-even heard that my friend had tried to order several beers, but none were in stock (he explained it was the day before their bar delivery). He sent a valet to get the beer my friend wanted-and the valet had to go to two places before he found it. Now that is high class service in my opinion. Our friends both ordered the lobster and strip steak-it's different in the past-no mashed potatoes, just comes with the Freddie salad and asparagus but they enjoyed the steak and said it was cooked perfectly, I decided on sushi (Hamachi yellow tail which was very good), French onion soup and 1/2 of wedge. The wedge was chopped per my request but was drenched in dressing-and needed salt and pepper. The French onion soup was very salty-they took it off the bill,but I give them kudos-the soup came with a baguette instead of croutons -the way I enjoy French onion soup. My husband had the mac and cheese and burger with fries-he loved both. (Fries came out cold and they quickly replaced them with hot fresh fries). The espresso martini did not have the espresso beans which was a bit disappointing. The birthday dessert was a complimentary sugar cookie was dry; I miss the butter cake from past birthday celebrations there. Overall, a lovely evening with a few hiccups but we will be back! Jordan made us feel very welcome-great manager.

I have never been to a Jeff Ruby restaurant before but have always wanted to go to the Precinct because of how interesting it looked. I went with family and friends for my Birthday tonight and it was phenomenal. Tucker was our server and he was awesome. Truly made my birthday special and I will be a repeat customer for years to come!
