The food and service were very good. I was here with a friend and we were fortunate to sit in a very quiet area away from the busyness of the dinner hour. We had a wonderful meal and our waitress was wonderful. The food was fresh, the flavors were delicious, and our meals were well prepared. Highly recommend and will return.

I love the food at tavern4&5. My only problem is the noise level, and I am not sure anything can be done about that. Another time I would ask to be seated away from the bar area.

Tonight we sat on the patio, which is perfect. The noise level inside is always really difficult to have conversations with your table mates. But outside it was perfect. As always, the food was absolutely fabulous and the service is so spot on thoughtful and proactive. What I mean by that is the server really anticipated the needs of my elderly parents as did the hostess who sat us. They were all very patient with my parents gentle demands, and I really appreciate appreciated. Just how kind they were.

Sat outside on a beautiful night – the chipotle, chicken sandwich was delicious, as was my friends fillet and potato. The bread before dinner is always delicious. And the old-fashioned was made perfectly. Great staff, great restaurant!
