Restaurants near Amelia Island Light

Wait staff was great. Sea Bass for both of us was over cooked. Not the best that we have had there in the past. Pasta dish was fantastic. Appetizers were divine.

Our third visit - each time we’ve been in town. Top quality food (oysters, salmon, steak), service (knowledgeable and attentive, from Dylan) and ambience. Looking forward to our next chance to be there!

The food and staff at Salt are absolutely amazing in every way! We have been to Salt countless times and have never been disappointed. The staff are most friendly and accommodating - we always feel welcomed here. The one difference we noted this time over our previous dining experiences is the high level of noise from the speakers used by the guitarist making it difficult to have a quiet dinner conversation not to mention difficulty hearing the servers and not particularly appropriate in our opinion for a five star restaurant.

Everything about the evening was wonderful. Our sever knew the menu & food well. She was great. Our cocktails, smoked manhattan and sazrac, were really good. We had the pulled pork egg rolls & fried green tomatoes appetizers. The fried green tomatoes were incredible - not something I would have ever expected to like. My husband had the trout and I had the burrata, heirloom tomato, pesto bruschetta. Everything was delicious. We will definitely go there again…and bring company. Thank you.

Thewait staff specifically Catalina and Blake were awesome. The food was fantastic as well. However, we are sorry to see the shrimp and grits off the menu.
