Dining @ Juniko is probably the next best thing vs going to Japan for a traditional Omakase experience. Chef Sato definitively knows what he's doing with the freshest high quality ingredients and very precise presentation and food preparing.... and he was very nice also in celebrating my birthday with my family. Service from Jorge and the team was excellent. There's also a-la-carte menu, besides the 12, 14 and 20 options Omakase. Sake of the house was really good, too. Price reflects the quality - well worth it.

Food was pretty good. Service was standard and ambience is great. We did not order any drinks but they looked great.

The atmosphere is great. location is very convenient with a huge parking lot right in front. Food and service are really excellent both!

This was an excellent restaurant for a special meal. Honestly it was the best meal we had in Guadalajara. The only problem we had was finding the place. A bellman from a nearby hotel had to walk us to the restaurant because it is behind another restaurant. There is a very small sign at the passage way to go there but it is not obvious from the street.
