Our waitress, Emily, was wonderful! We where celebrating a 12 yr anniversary and wanted a little time to chat and just relax and she allowed it. We dined with our 7yr old son and they set him up with crayons, coloring, etc. The food was fantastic!! I had the fish and chips and the portion was huge!!!! My husband the pork marsla and he was very pleased!! They brought us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was a nice finishing touch

This is SUCH a wonderful restaurant. The food is stellar, very attentive staff, and incredibly affordable fine dining. A perfect date night or intimate event. Love it!

We looked at many locations along the water with a great view and menu for our 30th wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The view is amazing of the sunset, and yet the service and food was a wonderful compliment to our night! From our appetizer to our wine selection, everything was so flavorful! Our main courses were also flavorful and had large portions!

I wonderful food, wonderful service. It can be loud with the boisterous crowd. Definitely a highlight meal during Our stay at CHQ.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
