The most amazing dinner. We couldn't fault a single thing. From the warm, attentive service to the beautiful ambience, the entire experience was exceptional. The food was simply superb. Every course was delicious, and even though we were completely full, we still couldn't resist the next one! If you're only going out for one meal in Devonport, make sure it's at Verona. You won't regret it.

It was our anniversary. Our dining experience was special from the beginning to the last bite! Having only 7 tables, Taste offers a very intimate food experience. We were welcomed by gracious staff who ensured our dining experience was flawless. We watched while the chef carefully prepared our artfully presented, flavourful meals. Each course did not disappoint. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to book at Taste.

We are repeat patrons of this fine-dining restaurant and yet again it did not disappoint. The menu varies appropriately from time-to-time with yummy interesting combinations, and wonderful specials, all cooked to perfection and according to specific requests where relevant. My calamari was delicious and my steak cooked to perfection! No request of wait staff has been a problem for them to try to accommodate. Although it is a fine-dining premises it also has a wonderfully inclusive, even family feel to the ambiance along with the lovely outlook over Burnie beach and Bass Strait. Prices are at the top end for Tassie but generous platings worth every dollar accompanied by a lovely sommelier to assist with your wine choices. If you want to try a beautiful eating experience, give it a try.
