Enjoyed our evening at Firebirds Chattanooga. Second time we have celebrated our anniversary there. Everything was perfect.

Our group had a very good experience Tuesday evening. Service was excellent. Only complaint was disappointment with the seafood platter. The cod was tasteless and the scallops were overcooked

From the moment we approached the host stand, the entire team went out of their way to make our anniversary celebration a special one. Our server Maddy was wonderful and Michael was an attentive table steward, making sure our water glasses stayed topped off. Complimentary desserts as an anniversary trrwas an unexpected treat was an unexpected and gracious touch. Our filets were perfectly prepared and the sides were delicious. In short, a perfect meal and perfect night. Thank you, Chattanooga team!

Second time dining there. Food and service have been great.

It was our first time using the app, and our first time at Dave & Buster’s. Both was good, and at DnB I had misunderstood something I read (totally my fault) but the manager went ahead and made it up to me. Nothing to make up, but still went above and beyond for us. She was very nice and very respectful, she is a great representative for her profession.
