Booked a table for Sunday dinner which was being cleared as we arrived so had a drink at the lovely bar. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. It was busy so took a while but was worth waiting for. The lamb shank was huge and lovely variety of veg. Buttered cabbage, carrot and swede mash, roast.carrot. Had a lovely chat with the manager about his plans. Will definitely be back

This is our favourite place to eat before heading to the Liverpool Empire theatre. The food is excellent and the staff are pleasant. Service is great

Best lunch ever experienced. Never tasted calamari as good as this. Very attentive service.
