A hidden gem with incredibly skilled chefs and outstanding service. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor — you can really tell the kitchen takes pride in their craft. The staff was warm, attentive, and handled an unexpected power outage with impressive professionalism. While we couldn’t pay by card due to the issue, they offered an alternative via PayPal and even treated us to two glasses of wine on the house as an apology. A memorable evening despite the hiccup — we’ll definitely be back!

The best meal we had in Tulum. Everything was amazing.

The food over all was good. We stared with the beef Tacos which were spectacular the flavors were intense in the mouth and by far the best part of the dinner. I had the red snapper for my main dish. Fish was a little undercooked and tough. Did not enjoy. My husband had the roasted octopus and enjoyed it. For desert we had a Devine chocolate coconut compot was very good. The service by the waiter was impressive and impeccably attentive was awesome. If you eat at NU expect to eat outside. It’s not indoor with AC. There were flies and mosquitoes but that’s expecting this region which is a jungle. Over all we had great time but I would not recommend the red snapper.

Nice atmosphere and the fire show was amazing. The service was also good. Food is just OK and over priced.

The food and ambience was really good. We enjoyed our meal. The waiter we had was very attentive and did give us great recommendations for dinner. Music was good although a bit loud for a restaurant. I get if it was like a day club but it was more of an intimate and trendy place. Music choice was good though. I would go again honestly. Two reasons the rating isn’t 5 stars is for one when we walked in, the hostess at the very front seemed kinda hesitant to seat us for some reason. I got like weird slightly snobby vibes from her. She was nice but as anyone going to a really nice place which is worth the meal and drink price, member service should be more emphasized but that’s just me. We didn’t say anything and just followed her in. The second is that they don’t advertise that if you want to sit up at the nests you have to pay $300 which is a bit much. I’ve paid entrances before and table services in the past. The place is awesome but $300 is steep for what you’re getting. Again, just my experience. I still recommend this place but a heads up if you are considering the nest table outside.
