My husband and I ate here both nights of our stay and made a point to order different dishes the second night—it was hard to decide which we liked best. The service was incredible too: the servers missed nothing, and could speak to every dish and offer suggestions based on dietary preferences. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and the view is amazing. Island Lake Lodge itself is gorgeous, and the Tamarack Dining Room frames the vista so you can savour the view alongside your food. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs. The atmosphere works very well allowing you to sit inside or outside on the patio.
