We were gutted when we heard AF was going bust, so were happy when the news was announced they were coming back. Fantastic food as always and great atmosphere, we think there was a hen party upstairs as the noise was louder than usual. One thing to note was the service was quite slow and we got the impression they were shortstaffed as it took nearly 25 minutes before we were able to pay the bill after asking for it, we weren’t in any rush so no big deal.

This has been our second visit. Once again had an amazing experience. Great atmosphere, food was amazing,fresh and full of flavour and imagination. Our hosts were friendly, informative and obviously had a passion for food. In particular Rory stood out for us. Excellent warm nature and very welcoming. Top experience throughout.
