Pampas is a classic Brazilian steakhouse. The way a Brazilian steakhouse operates is unlike most other restaurants. Diners come in and pay a flat rate for full access to the appetizer and salad bar, which features salads, rolls, soup and other starters. The main courses, the meats, are then brought around from table to table on a skewer. Guests at Pampas simply hold up their plate and get as much as they'd like.
