Good food, steak prepared perfect and service was very good. Lobster bisque was a little salty and flavor was not to my liking, so server brought out clam chowder instead which was excellent. The other meal was unlimited shrimp, which was very good.
Black Rock is a unique experience. I like being able to season each piece of meat (steak and andouille sausage this time) and then cook it to my perfect liking. The flavor is outstanding and the range of sauces enabled my wife and I to individualize our meal. Not the cheapest dining option but...
I missed my favorite restaurant after moving out of State. So happy to be back and see familiar faces (under masks of course). Kris at the bar is fabulous - great food and great service - that’s why I drive 3 hours to get there
