I had a group of 8 people for lunch. We had a table in a quiet area and our server was great. Hald the group were first timers and all said they will definitely come back. The French Dip was delicious and the Chick Paprikash soup was a big hit. The entire group loved Square 22.

This was my 1st time here. It was enjoyable. The atmosphere was not quiet, but not loud. Like, I heard you talking, but I don't know what you were saying. The service was great 👍🏾 Our waitress was super cool. Everything we asked her opinion for, she was locked and loaded with her thoughts on it. I loved it. It just makes me feel better when staff can be honest and give their thoughts on dishes and drinks they've tried. I had a Cesar salad for my appetizers. It was ok. The lettuce could have been much better! There was a lot of dressing on it but it didn't taste too dry. My biggest complaint is the dated lettuce. Soooooo, they have like a regular menu and a seasonal menu. I ordered the ribs / fried chicken combo with shoestring fries. The ribs were ok. Clearly, not the best, but they satisfied my hunger. I'm not a shoestring fry person, but these were seasoned very well, which made me eat all of them. The fried chicken, however, was burnt. It looked extra crispy on 1 side, but I flipped it, and it was a blackened crisp! Yuck. Needless to say, I sent it back. Here's why I still give 4 stars 🌟 I ate the new chicken for lunch today, and it was delicious 😋 All is forgiven. My friends ordered the burger and fries. They were ok.

This was our second trip in two weeks, and both times were excellent experiences. The setting is visually appealing, the bar is charming, and the food and service was stellar. I had the Filet Oscar on the first trip, and the Sea Bass on the second. Both were outstanding. I would highly recommend Olesia's, especially for a special occasion. This restaurant has it all.

I was on my own and wanted to have a quiet, pleasant dinner at Don’s Pomeroy House. It is a favorite of mine, although I go under 5 times a year. Jeff was the server—very pleasant and attentive. The menu changed since I was there last but was good. I missed the loss of the grilled wedge salad; however, I still enjoyed the new salad. The special—blackened walleye and pirogies—was flavorful.
