Had a great time watching the Sixers!!! Arrived 10 minutes early, were seated immediately, great service, and great food! The also didn't rush us out to turn the table. Great night, great experience! We will be back!
We went for dinner with another couple. Asked for a booth, which we got but it was too big. Then they suddenly turned up the TV's so we could not even hear each over talk. We had to talk really loudly. Food was limited and very poor quality. Could not recommend unless you want a to go hang at the bar.
We were highly disappointed! We had the reservation and noted we wanted to sit outside when we got there they said there was no chairs for the empty table outside AND THEN another girl said you have to wait to be seated outside so they need to list that they dont make reservations for outdoor seating that was disappointing. We got seated indoors at the very first table at the door and the table was super wobbly so we asked to move and the girl said oh they are reserved so then we had to get the manager to move us...we finally ordered and the food was ok in flavor great in temperature. We asked for the check before we were even done eating because we knew it would take forever...the manager walked by and saw we were done eating and out credit cards were still sitting there waiting to pay the bill...I was more disappointed in the staff than anything! No wonder I haven't been there in years and won't be going back for a long time if ever! Sorry to say! :(
11yr old bday
Daily Specials are such a great deal/value!!!!!
Very good Food and Service for a sports bar. We had dinner and watch a final four game. Not a bad seat in the house to view the game. They have excellent daily drink and food specials.
The bar crowd spills over into the dining area. We had people’s butts backed up to our table. Not appetizing. I would recommend condoning off the bar area so the drinkers don’t run your food customers off. Too loud. Service was excellent given the gauntlet the server had to run! Food was good. I will try again but if it’s still mostly a loud bar I won’t be back. Ages of diners, 57, 28 and 27 and we were all in agreement on this review.
Parking is a problem, but there is a parking garage a block away. We enjoyed happy hour and the sandwiches.
Awful. Won’t go back. We made a reservation and were ignored when we got there while manager was scolding hostesses in front of us. Service was slow, food was not good and so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Not a place for my family. Oh and 2 little kids sitting at the bar (probably while waiting for a table). Not cool.
Was looking for a casual dinner early on New year's Eve. Was relatively quiet at 5:30 but grew much noisier by 6:30. Service and food were good overall. The baby back ribs were really tender and tasty.
Compared to other restaurants on the strip in West Chester, Landmark's prices were about average. Good value for West Chester.
Don’t think they were staffed well for the groups going out for Christmas lunches. Our waitress had our table of 6 and a very large party and there was another party in the downstairs area. Our waitress did her best but we waited a long time for drinks and overall slower then previous experiences. I had asked for a side of ranch which never came, found a bone in my chicken bacon wrap, and a special vegan order was made wrong and had to be remade. Not the usual service we have been use to there so very disappointing Christmas Work lunch.
Had evening diner with my wife and a five year old daughter. Restaurant was nice decor for a bar and grill and was fine for my daughter. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for my daughter (extra napkins etc. and she had food allergies). Braised Rib chili was excellent as was the seafood bisque. Tuna tacos were nothing special (wish I had tried the rib tacos) but my wife's Ahi Tuna salad looked tasty.
Loaded Chicken and Salmon were good but a bit on the salty side. Nice sports bar scene but very loud.
Customer service was outstanding. We went on a VERY busy night. Staff was more than accommodating. Food was very good. Will definitely return.
Great night out with our two families!
Best happy hour menu around! Unique that it goes until 7 PM on a Friday night. Mac and cheese was amazing.
Favorite beer & burger spot for Friday nights. A bit of a drive but West Chester is a great night spot.
Had the nachos. They were awesome! Very reasonable and good food. Will be going back :)
Food and service both very good. Creative menu. Very reasonable.
The appetizers were great. The burgers were also good. My date enjoyed the tacos and the Mexican side to the menu.
Always a great location for business lunches or dinners, our only complaint was that there was a trivia night on Tuesday when we were there and it got so loud we couldn't hear each other across the table. Food is always good though and drink specials are great.
Service and ambience were nice but the food was not good! First of all, we were looking forward to enjoying brunch, the brunch menu on open table looked good. However, when we got to the restaurant they said they haven't served brunch in over a year. To make things worse, they were out of everything with short ribs and I believe fish. We were not happy with most of the food we ordered. The chicken cheesesteak was made with huge tough pieces of shredded chicken which was not enjoyable. The mild buffalo sauce on the chicken tenders was much more similar to ketchup than any buffalo sauce I've ever tried, even the ranch dressing couldn't cover up how terrible it was!
We're here almost every Tuesday for dinner while our boys are in CCD across the street at St Agnes. We order off the Happy hour menu and the food is yummy and a great value. We get great service even though our tab is not large.
Always a go-to spot for fun Happy Hour events with people at work as well as business lunches. I like that even when busy, this restaurant doesn't get so loud you are shouting at the people at your own table like many restaurants in WC. Great food, never a complaint!
Food was good, as was service, good for our group which consisted of teens and adults
The food we sampled on our first visit here was somewhat disappointing. We knew going in that it was more or less "bar food", which was true. However, the quality could have been better. We suspect it was more due to the preparation rather than the ingredients so it could then be chalked up to an off night. The main problems were the sandwiches were dry and the appetisers were not hot which meant they could just have been sitting around in the kitchen too long. Apart from that the place is pleasant, service accommodating, and the bill, including wine and beer was surprisingly inexpensive for this area. We will probably give it another shot in a bit.
Great wings, ribs, sandwiches and salads. The seafood bisque is excellent. Always a good place to eat.
Our server, a female bartender, was very attentive and welcoming and engaging with our kids. Food was average and craft beer was served way too cold. We like the upbeat, sports bar vibe and above average sound level helps the kids be kids and us not have to constantly quiet them down. Recommend for everyday family dining and great bar scene for live sports later without the kids.
Having dined at the Landmark in University City, I'm happy to report I was pleasantly surprised by its West Chester cousin. Tasty fare combined with pleasant and prompt service make for a great afternoon outing from the office. We were able to have a quiet conversation at the height of the lunch hour. And I was stuffed for hours. The tuna tacos are NOT to be missed! Nor are the garlic-parm fries!
We were a party of 6 and we all had a great experience. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Food was delicious. We would all go back again and recommend it.
Great meal and service was excellent.
Abby was our waitress and she was awesome. We had a party of 12 at two separate tables and I'll ask for her to be our server every time. Great job.
We had a reservation for a special occasion. When we arrived most tables were empty but we were seated at an ok table near the door. Our waitress service was friendly and welcoming, very efficient. We enjoyed our soup and appetizers. I recommend the Brussels sprouts as tasty and done to perfection. We both chose the cheesesteak and were disappointed in the choice of bread for this sandwich. It is served on a wide Italian style bread rather than the traditional Italian roll, so way too much bread. I would choose a different entree or sandwich next time because I have had much better meals on past visits.
Waitress forgot to put in our order and by the time she did, the kitchen was out of two of our for orders. Usually a nice casual place but there's other places nearby with better service.
We liked the DJ playing during Eagles game commercials, but all audio was TOO LOUD! We had to point to items on the menu for our waitress, who agreed it was too loud. Turn it down a bit and it would be perfect!
Love the cheese curds 😊
This is my favorite restaurant in WC. The food is amazing! The service depends on how crowded it is, even when it is crowded it's still not the worst service.
Although it was not busy for a Thursday night, they sat the 3 of us in an awkward bench type seat. We asked to move to a table with now problem. I was looking forward to a Fat Tire draft beer but they were out of it. Went with Hoegaarten instead. Appetizer split 3 ways was excellent, short rib nachos. There were 3 entres ordered, harvest salad, pulled pork sandwich, and half rack of ribs. The salad and pulled port sandwich were great. I asked for mashed potatoes instead of roasted potatoes with the ribs. Of course they forgot and took the plate back for replacement. After several minutes they returned with replacement. The potatoes and asparagus were fine. The ribs were beyond burnt. It seems they were cooked so long, all of the meat was singed. It was the worst cooked meat I was ever served at a restaurant, I could not eat any of it. I did not want to embarrass my kids as they hate when I return anything and complain. I hate to say that I will never return there again. The food was hit or miss in the past but never like this. I find it appalling that the cook would send it out this way. The half rack was so small and burnt it even looked disgusting. It ruined my night as I look forward to having dinner with my kids each week in West Chester. The lack of food quality explains why it was not busy on a Thursday night. There are so many better places to eat in West Chester so avoid this place.
Great gluten free options
Their brussel sprouts are delicious. The mac& cheese has way too much "velveeta" -- not to my liking.
