Great place to eat....Clean....atmophster nice. Waitress could do better coming back to check on customer not just to bring check.
This is a college drinking place. If you’re in college and want to drink you’ll like it a lot better than I did.
Food is ok. They have a lot of beer.
Service was extremely slow. Over 10 minutes for soft drinks, not even drinks from bar. App and entrees were brought at same time. We were seated right next to a party of 20 that badically took over the entire space. Gathered around our table like we weren't even there.
Everything was good
I was very satisfied my waiter was very nice ❤️
The food was good but the service was extremely slow. It was Monday night and not very crowded yet it took forever to get our food.
Great location for a pre-game meal near Saint Joseph's University
Waited over an hour for our food and then only 2 sandwiches came out and one of them (a buffalo chicken sandwich) was served cold.
Would never recommend or return to this establishment!
We were well taken care of..very accommodating. Manager and wait staff took care of us the whole time.
Enjoy landmark, love the old bay fries. This location is currently under renovation.
Good food and great service. I was referred to this restaurant by Kianna Butler
I feel like my server was really new at waiting tables because he had zero personality, but he was attentive and got my order correct, so that’s all that matters. I had the happy hour quesadilla that was very tasty and fresh, with lots of filling all the way to the edges. Presentation was nice.
For an entree, I ordered a smothered chicken. I gave some special instructions and they were honored politely. When my order came, part of it was missing and came out about 10 minutes later.
The portion was very good sized, but the “smothered” part was pretty skimpy. I didn’t mind though, because it was quite possibly the best-seasoned and best-prepared chicken breast I’ve ever had! And I’m extremely picky! It was perfectly seasoned and was tender and juicy—not the least bit over cooked. I was able to cut it with just my fork!
If I’m in the area again, I would definitely go back. I was traveling for work.
The food was good. The problem was the servers. I had read reviews about this Landmark off of City Line Ave and they were accurate. The service sucks!! Plus the girl cancelled my reservation. I showed her my name I reserved through open table and instead of confirming the hostess cancelled it.
Our server Eddie was great. But the food was horrible. I ordered a Cobb salad... the egg yolks were gray, the bacon didn’t seem cooked, the lettuce was brown... and the salad dressing was awful. No one in our party was happy with their meal either. We couldn’t send it back because we were going to a concert at the Mann Center and had to be there when the gates opened. To be blunt we were extremely unhappy. Our server though was a delight and very apologetic.
We were celebrating Mother's Day. Very, very disappointing. We will not be going back to this Landmark Americana. We loved the one on Market Street so we figured this one would be great too. NOT! Poor service start to finish. This restaurant was too loud. Even the wait staff was hollering across the room. I didn't like seeing several of the waiters wearing their pants down around their behinds. The beer selection was limited because about 5 of the draft beers on the menu were not available. The only food that was good was the crab dip and the kids menu items. My favorite, simple French Onion soup was tasteless. I also ordered the cheese steak egg rolls. Never had them so small, with so little meat, and served with a hot pepper salsa all over the tops. My daughter's salmon was just OK. Probably great for the Bar Scene crowd.
We had what had to be the worst waiter on the staff. He was the only issue. The tables seated with us that had other servers finished their meals before I got my water.
The staff was excellent and the food was very good. I would not recommend because the restaurant was very dirty. Right behind the receptionist desk was a dirty yellow bucket with dirty water in it and a broom and dust bin that were also very dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and the lighting was poor. Unfortunate because the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good but it made me wonder what the kitchen looked like when the visible areas were so dirty.
The service here is completely hit or miss. Sometimes, it's quick. Other times, its horrendous and a quick bite turns into two hours. Good happy hour specials, cheap beer, food is decent. Wings are good, nachos are lame. Just don't expect to get out of there quickly.
Waitress was not invested in us at all. Gave both me and my date the wrong beer we ordered. Burger was charred and the appetizer came out at the same time as the entrees. Very poor experience and I will not be returning.
Good food for reasonable price. Great drink specials. There was not enough utensils cleaned, however we were eating finger foods. The guacamole was very good.
Super Bowl Sunday! Eagles vs. Patriots - the service, food, and environment was GREAT! First visit here and I will be back!
Boyfriends birthday and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest extent
Great waitress, service and hospitality. Food is OK for what it is.
Great gastropub spot on City Ave, Philly area...decent menu options and tap beer selectios. Friendly service😎
The service was absolutely horrible! I had to track down my server by asking another person on the wait staff. I waited about 30 mins to even get served and then another 15 mins to receive the drink that I ordered. I did not seem like a priority to the service employees. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
Place was packed prior to a St. Joes game . Our first round of drinks we were told they were out of, but only after asking. So we ordered a different draft beer that arrived 10 mins after our food. It wasn’t our waiters fault or the most part , but management. They were understaffed and overwhelmed. Disappointing experience to say the leas...
Although, AFTER reading the reviews about Landmark, online, I almost didn't go. The reviews that I'd read, indicated that the service was slow, not attentive and just not good. Since I live in this Wynnfield neighborhood, and it was so close, we went anyhow. It was very good. The food was good and the service was also good. It was a Saturday evening and we didn't have any problems with the food or service. I would go back again.
Everything was good except for the salty artichoke dip and the margaritas filled to the top with ice understood the drinks were 3 bucks but still I've had quality cocktails at other restaurants for the same $$ and they were good try less ice. Then the waiter tried tho rush us out right after our second round of drinks because we asked for the to go boxes because we were finished eating but not yet done drinking. It was cool but truthfully probably never go back again.!!!
Food was just okay. Server was pleasant but forgot things and took a long time to bring them out.
It seemed to take awhile for food to come out, considering the restaurant was fairly empty, but given that it was a Wednesday in the summer, I'm sure they plan for sow nights, and have less staff.
When we walked in there was no hostess to sit us just a sign saying seat yourself. Then we sat for about 10 minutes without menus and no one approached to help. There were multiple tables with plates and food left on them without being cleared. The floors were sticky. After asking for menus we finally received service but after recieving food had to ask for silverware and condiments.
Took close to an hour for some of our food to arrive. Once the food arrived only half of it came. Two items took another 15 mins to come out. We were a party of ten people in during a slow period of time. The GM came out and was less then helpful. Taking off 50 dollars from out bill was merely a slap in the face for terrible food and even worse service. Most of our meals were cold or could be clearly be seems as siting in the window for a prolong period. Our sever was never around taking 20 mins to deliver a lemonade. The sever was so bad as having to be tracked down myself to turn in the check. Lastly what GM wear a dirty apron to a table when requested.
I had a great server, the waiter was the best he's awesome but the food was horrible and cold,I won't come back here I'll stick to the university city one,I'm sorry I had this problem and I was looking for the food to be great cause it was my 35th bday but very disappointing and the drinks were very much watered down smh
We had a large group reservation to celebrate a graduation and the service team and food was excellent! Very patient and very attentive to our requests.
I have been here one other time for my daughters birthday dinner and each time the waitresses were very professional and patient. The food is delicious and once the DJ gets there I'm all the way in my element. I love the setting and I would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing service, awesome food. Looking forward to a return visit
This was my first time at your restaurant and the wings were AMAZING!!! I will definitely be coming back.
Great place for friends get together !!! Wings were a little hard but Nachos get 20 stars they were great !!! Will be getting takes for those nachos!!!
The food is always great. You have to try the chilli. The service is a little spotty. Young servers. With some customer service training landmark could go to the next level in service.
Excellent service and food...never a disappointment when dining here.
