This has become our favorite restaurant in the Valley. The food is always delicious and the service is always outstanding. It’s such a lovely restaurant in a great location. Good outdoor dining too!
Oh baby!!! This ones good!! My newfound jewel. Our waiter Larry was fantastic!! Greg the owner was warm and welcoming. The gnocchi tasted like “clouds in your mouth “.
2nd time in a week and it was just as great as the first time. It’s not very often you are welcomed by the owner and see them rushing about with their employees to get tables cleaned and to greet everyone. Fabulous place and can’t wait to go back to Phoenix to have some pomodoro and bruschetta!
Welcome by owner was gracious and genuine. We were first time diners via recommendation of a local friend. Food, service and environment all at top level. The Restuarant look and feel was immediately positive upon entry - got better through dining and service experience. Two thoughts - will return during our stay and recommendation to others comes quite easily.
This restaurant was recommended by a local. We are out-of-towners and we loved the food and the service was excellent. Friendly atmosphere we will be back.
My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at L'Amore as we normally do. She had the sea bass and I had the scampi. Service was fast and efficient.
L'Amore never disappoints. I live in Flagstaff but any excuse I have to go down to the valley has to include a dinner at L'Amore. My favorite restaurant in ARIZONA. Food is exquisite, wine choices are excellent, staff make you feel like a VIP. Doesn't get any better than this.
Here in Phoenix for a week and we will be back! Was so busy but they gave us a drink so we relaxed outside while waiting for our table. Staff was amazing and the food was probably the best Italian any of us have ate. Personal attention was
Given by all staff members are you really felt a bit special. Definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to, highly recommend!!!
Nope Nope Nope. Ambience was great, service was great. Food was sorely lacking. You don't drench veal salitmbuca in gravy. Any Italian that endorses this place hasn't ever eaten food in Italy. And for those prices?! Not a chance. Olive Garden is a better choice at this point.
Where to start high(low)lights ? Requested patio, but seated on top of a large table in noisy room. Waiter, the cheese goes on the food, not my lap and the wine goes in the glass, not on the tablecloth. Oh, and speaking in a complete sentence might show some personality. Food options were limited Italian and food was average and overpriced for what it was. Wine list slim and priced on the high side. Owner made nasty comment to me when I questioned why patio request couldn't be honored, yet half the patio was empty. Mostly large loud tables in the room. One on top of ours held a long conversation when they arrived, not at the table, but standing right behind us in the less than a foot space between our table and theirs. If you are honored with kindness from the owners by being one of their senior regulars, then this might be worth a second trip, but not for me.
