Outstanding service from Peter, our server. Beautiful old building, tastefully renovated and added on to. Pretty views over the canal. Delicious food - lovely home made coconut and almond bread.
Our 2nd visit - special occasion venue.
Great table service.
Bar...so-so. No nibblies available - only appetizer.
Bar drinks - so-so. Cosmo only fair.
The appetizers are great.
French onion soup A+
Bread variety only fair and not warm.
Fantastic! Food and ambiance was great! Would definitely come back.
Excellent martini and Bloody Mary.
Soup and salad were very good.
Ribeye was a bit tough, but not terrible.
The crab cake was very good.
The tough ribeye lowered my review.
Donna is ALWAYS a JOY to share our family/friends dining experience with !!!
She helps us with our choices, she really knows her patrons and menu options!!!
Food is always as described ,Fresh and EXCELLENT !!!
Most enjoyable time !!!
Seated right on time and assisted in finding wife when after parking car. Food served quickly and piping hot. Wait staff attentive.
Reliably good food and service. We eat there often when in the area. They also have the advantage of easy parking / you pay $20 but get that back when you’re seated and order.
Tender tasty ostrich, creative drinks, great gazpacho .
Told the restaurant we were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a nice table. When we arrived the hostess was not very friendly never mentioned our anniversary, and a pretty obnoxious Group was Feed it next to us with a dog that was wrapping itself around my feet. The food was good and the server was nice
Wifey and I had a wonderful midweek lunch -seated outside.food was delicious and the service was excellent. Recommend for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!
Donna consistently takes good care of us, it is so nice that someone actually remembers our name! That is one of the many reasons we come so much, thank you, Louise
Met my cousin here for lunch. Enjoyed the lovely atmosphere, delicious salads and attentive, friendly service by Donna. The parking attendant was less than helpful but that was the only negative.
Wonderful dinner outside on the patio. Tuna over kimchi and the Brussels sprouts. Delish. Our server Michael was friendly, efficient, knowledgable about wine and accommodating 👍🏼
Looking forward to a return visit soon
We have eaten at The Station for many years. Always good food, many choices and excellent service! Love the coconut bread and you can people watch through the large windows. Parking is good too! It’s $10 but you get it back when you eat at the Restaurant.
As usual, Lambertville Station was fun to go to for a gathering of friends. Food, drink, service and a happy atmosphere was complimented by the fabulous spring weather. Dine outdoors if you can!
Always great food, and beautiful seating outside. We come several times a month from NJ, and it is worth the drive. We had several entrees and , salads, sandwiches and never had a bad meal. The deserts are delicious. Tried most of them and they are something you can't skip on even if your full. Hope they bring back the apple pie, we saw once on the menu .( Best apple pie ever)
We've been going there for many years and always enjoy the ambience. The food is consistently good but the menu has stayed basically the same for years, which is rather boring. However, since the prices keep going up and up, we will now think twice before going there again, as there are other good and more affordable options in the vicinity.
Our dinners were great. We loved the fried Brussels sprouts. Our waiter was helpful and outstanding.👌
One of our favorite spots. The food is good to very good, but the ambiance is outstanding, particularly if you sit by the canal.
Donna is a gem and always takes good care of us. Louise
Very nice casual dining outside.
Disappointed!!! We eaten here before and expected a good meal and good service but sadly we received neither. The service was so poor, I wanted to leave but my better half wanted to stay. When you have to wait longer than 2 minutes of being seated for water and then ask your server for bread, and then grab silverware from another table it kinda sets the mood for things to come. The server was inexperienced and frankly, uninterested in making the evening dinner enjoyable.
Needless to say we will not return.
We are getting married at Lambertville Inn in September and had our tasting last week. We tasted 2 entrees and felt the need to try a couple more, so we made a reservation to have dinner at the station on the weekend. We loved our experience. Our waiter was very professional and helpful with our questions. He even had the chef come out to hurl us figure out what dishes to order the would help us make the decision for our wedding. He was professional as well. The food was very good and the best part is, we were able to decide what entrees to have at our wedding!
I would consider going back for cocktails and raw bar in the Wine Cellar, but I likely would not go back for dinner. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, for which the description was better than the execution. The food was fully cooked and slightly dry, but not that hot. I'm not sure if that was a kitchen issue or a service issue. Also, our service forgot to bring my Dad's soup until he asked.
Loved the food. However the waitress we had for lunch didn't really check on us enough. Returned later in the afternoon for dessert and sat downstairs this time. Everything including the service was excellent this time around!
We went for the annual shad dinner, which was excellent as was the Brussels sprouts appetizer. Our Creme brûlée dessert was also very good. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and helpful. Wonderful ambience seated next to floor to ceiling windows on the canal and a Lambertville street view in front.
Our server was absolutely friendly, attentive and honest about recommendations.
Atmosphere was great! Food was amazing! We will definitely be back!
We had been here with 2 other couples a month or so ago and decided to return. We were very glad. Our server was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The food was fantastic! We will definitely return.
The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Food was very good at the bar and the table. Very good service and atmosphere. It’s a steady good choice.
we love this place and recommend this place to anyone we know....
Very disappointed, this was a 60th birthday celebration with a 7:30 reservation, when we arrived 5 minutes prior to our dinner time we were met with a short/curt unapologetic "we are behind by 15 to 20 minutes" No sensor to carry, told you won't hear us call you from the bar, made to stand in the hallway sweating as the A/C was not working, finally seated upstairs where there were many empty tables, again the heat was almost unbearable, waiter tried but frankly the service, food and everything else was poor at best. The bill was $235 for 4 of us and two of us had no drinks...
Great food, service, comfortable
Great service. Kids menu accommodated our children perfectly and the seafood trio for appetizer was excellent. Drink was strong and to our liking. Will return.
Went for dinner on a Sunday night. Seated quickly. Wide variety of cocktail and beer choices. Food (soups, main dinner and dessert) was amazing. Had excellent service during our dinner. Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable and friendly. Our server name was Dennis.
My wife and I had an enjoyable date night at Lambertville Station and look forward to returning soon.
Good for any occasion, really. Priced well, good service and lovely location.
love our servers Jonathan and Donna, the food was excellent as always. We are here at least twice a month and hope to continue to do so! Louise and Guy
There is so much good about Lambertville Station. Their late - night offerings are perhaps the only one in the area which remains open into the evening, and are quite convenient, and good. Their wild game is the best in town. The only addition we might request is that they bring back their wonderful piano lounge, which used to be downstairs in their nice cellar bar !
The inside of the building is a very cool space. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly cooked. I had shrimp and scallops over lobster risotto. The scallops didn’t have a hard sear, like they should, and didn’t taste like they’d been seasoned at all. The risotto could have used some salt as well.
The creme chocolate dessert was delightful.
