   By far, the highlight of our evening in Cleveland. Pasta was amazingly fresh and sauces were absolutely delicious. A real gem in The Flats.

   Shrimp app was very fishy. Calamari was excellent. Meals were good and fair value, service was very good. Guitar /singer was outstanding. Valet a little confusing but now we know the process so all good! Nice atmosphere - would try again !

   Restaurant has a great ambience. We ordered quite a bit of food. Some was great, like the lasagna and Wagyu burgers. I was not a fan of the Italian wedding soup to my dismay. I was most excited about getting authentic Italian wedding soup, but there were no meatballs in it and tasted more like vegetable water than chicken broth. The spicy penne was average. The food and cocktails are hit or miss, but still enjoyed the experience overall.

    I have been there several times and it never disappoints! I took mom there yesterday for Mother’s Day and it was wonderful. The food and service were fantastic. And the flower for mom was a nice touch!

    Our server, Tony, was the best. He had one liners that were cracking us up all night. We were there celebrating a special occasion and he pulled out all the stops to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, even when we had to have one of our dishes sent back and fixed. He was incredibly attentive and deserves all the praise. Shout-out to Ryan for the fantastic special martini. A++.

    My husband ordered the veal francais which was $42. The veal was like rubber. He never returns meals but this was so bad he sent it back. I ordered the Lemon linguini which was okay at best. It was $33. The shrimp was good but the dish was less then tasty. I feel the prices were high for the quality of food we received. The best part of the meal was the caesar salad which was very good. I would not go back to this place. Valet parking was $20.00. By the end of the night we spent over $150 for an okay evening.

    One dish was over cooked and had to be sent back, and then served without the correct toppings. The second dish potatoes were over cooked and cold’ like they were sitting in a bowl for a while. Don’t go during the cooks break period between 4-5 because you get limited food options and lack of quality in food. Attention seems to go to bigger tables than a table of 2. Very disappointed.

    I'm usually a steak and seafood kinda guy. But when you come to Lago East Bank you have to have the pasta. The Tortelloni and the Wagyu pasta are phenomenal!! Start with the Arancini and a glass of wine. Just an awesome meal and the service is just as good. Can't wait to go back!!!

    The services were excellent. The waitress was attenuative to all my party needs. She often came to ask if we needed anything. She did her best trying to serve the table and bar at the same time. I will definitely return as services and food were good.

    The ambiance was stunning at Lago. When you walk in you see a dimly lit room with a wall of green moss upon entrance. Our server was extremely welcoming. She made sure we were well taken care of. My sister and I split a few apps, a main dish, and dessert. Must try their crème brûlée! Overall, 10/10 experience. Best restaurant I’ve been to in Cleveland.

    Overall very nice atmosphere and food was good. Prices were slightly higher than most concerning food. In regards to alcohol, I ordered a Manhatten which came to $28.00 which included a $3.00 up charge for an ice cube, kinda ridiculous. Still a nice restaurant, good service and friendly and accommodating server.

    We made a last minute reservation on a Friday night. Brought the kids (ages 4 and 7)… which is a high risk situation on the best of nights. Let’s be real, kids can be jerks… The hostess, manager and our waitress were all phenomenally patient and attentive. They brought out EtchASketch’s for the kids to play with, refilled their milks (free of charge), were quick to bring out the meatballs and barely charged us for the buttered noodles. We actually still felt like we had an adult meal and didn’t feel rushed/like we were bothering everyone else in the restaurant. As far as food goes, the braised short ribs were tender and lean and the polenta was delicious. I had the scallops with risotto. It was perfectly creamy and buttery with the saltiness from the prosciutto. If I come back to Cleveland, I would absolutely make it a point to eat here again.

    Food and drinks were excellent. Service was super fast even for a busy Saturday night. Room was slightly dark. I could see other people from other tables struggling to read their menus. Food was pricy but very fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend Lago east bank to someone looking for a nice date spot/ special occasion dinner.

    The food was amazing except for the crabcakes (2 orders at the table) they were very fishy and unflavored. Our waiter JOSH was OUTSTANDING!! drinks were perfect. Ambience was great. It was a bit hard to read menus in the dark but we made do! Overall AMAZING PLACE AND FOOD! ☆☆☆

    Cool architecture. Friendly service. The food was good. Polenta very good, short ribs very good, Brussel sprouts very good. Salad fresh and very big. I was a disappointed in the entree that drew me there online. Lobster Gnocchi. Sounded awesome. It was just OK.
