Our $89 prix fixe tea service is offered Tuesday through Sunday.

Lady Mendl's is an unconventionally chic tea salon housed within a Georgian brownstone in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan. An opulent five-course tea is served in an eclectic and whimsical parlor by a doting staff. Patrons sip tea from hand culled vintage Wedgwood teacups as they nibble dainty finger sandwiches and house baked scones.

Please note that our entrance is only accessible via a staircase of 10 steps. We do not have an elevator.

Located within The Inn at Irving Place, Lady Mendl's is housed in a Victorian style salon. Our private parties can accommodate up to 65 guests for a seated event and 75 guests for a cocktail party. In addition, our martini lounge, Cibar, is located on the ground floor and can also be used for private events or combined with the Lady Mendl's Salon. We are a beautiful location for destination weddings, bridal or baby showers, cocktail parties, and corporate events. Please complete an inquiry on our website for specific pricing.

These medium sized leaves produce a copper liquid that has a bright and fragrant cup. The tea is smooth and full-bodied with a malty aftertaste that stands up to a splash of milk or lemon

Transport yourself to a land of desert sands, caravans and palm tree filled oasis, with Moroccan Mint a delicious blend of spearmint and green tea. The green tea unfurls into large leaves, with a pale ecru cup and a strong minty flavor
Creamy Toasted Coconut - Oolong
This delightfully light tea brews to an ecru color and has the taste of baked goodies with an undertone of an earthly oolong. The rich exotic aroma is accompanied by the smooth, delicious taste of coconut macaroon with vanilla accents
Wonderland Rooibos (Decaf)

This was incredible experience. The teas were exquisite and perfectly complemented the food, which was delicious. The decor was beautifully eclectic and it felt like you’d been welcomed into a warm, tasteful home for afternoon tea. Took a friend for her birthday and she felt spoiled. Will definitely be returning.

The experience was lovely. I wish they let you choose your tea finger sandwiches. The hostess Valeria was very nice and sweet, she took really good care of my daughter’s requests. I would definitely go back.

This was a sublime experience in every way. It’s a magical enchanting place. Open yourself up to the energy they provide, and you will walk away having had much more than tea. Alberto, Grace and everyone there is special and unique. They work together like a family. It’s truly worth every penny. Take the journey and enjoy.
