Amazing experience, food was delicious! Great Ambiance!
We have eaten here many times and this was the best! The hostess was lovely and our server, George was very attentive. The garden was so pretty and luckily we had nice weather. Thank you Laduree for another great one. 😊
Great place for locals and out city guests
Staff are friendly,gorgegios and professional!!
My friend Moiz left is charger in the wall inside back window on the right. He wants to come get it tomorrow. Let me know you found it Barbara
The experience at this location was fabulous. It was very accommodating and the staff is the ambience is very close similar to a Parisian cafe @ Montmartre. The staff is very nice and as expected everyone there is enforcing the COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you!!!
Great food, the service wasn’t great, our waiter never came to our table and our macarons took forever. I couldn’t even get my check but the location was beautiful it’s a must sew
We were told “this is a dinner place” after mentioning to the server (who didn’t provide his name) that we were only having dessert. He also let us know he would only allow us 30 minutes to dine. After taking the order, he never came back to the table and ignored us for the remaining 29 minutes (we left in 20 and had to have another server retrieve our bill). The 30-minute rule wasn’t the problem, it’s the fact that we were dining at a restaurant famously known for their luxury bakery and macarons and our server dismissed us as if we were wasting his time because we weren’t having a full course meal. Thankfully the éclair glacé was delightful and I will surely get it again but next time...TO GO!
Fancy please with good environment and food, I truly recommend
Music was too loud for brunch time . There was techno playing at 11:15 am and when we asked to change, they didnt care. We couldnt stand more and left...
New C19 concept and menu, dining in the garden, beautiful ambiance, especially with incredible weather for a historic weekend on November. I like the new menu, White Omelette with goat cheese and spinach, comes with potatoes and a small salad. Delicious Laduree bread and butter. Ordered black tea, had to ask three different servers until tea was delivered. Also kitchen forgot the side avocado, in the end I said no problem. Food is very good, staff is friendly, but servers as not as polished as I think they should be at Laduree. I think it’s a beautiful space, and perfect weekend brunch destination.
perfect to meet a friend and have a chic coffee in their garden!
Beautiful garden, great food and amazing deserts and pastries. The tea was not as strong as we would have liked but they were very nice about adding a tea bag to our pot.
Lovely ambience and friendly staff!
The best dessert place I’ve ever been! Definitely coming back.
I was very excited to dine in the garden they have but I was raining but we still got to sit outside since they had tables protected from the rain. The food arrived really quickly there weren’t as many people. The French fries where bomb the best thing also the drinks where really good. The service kept coming back but they did forget one of my fries as well the drinks arrived well after we had our food. I also felt pressured by the waiter to get a dessert as he kept coming back and asking what we would like.
Great ambiance and food! but halfway through brunch, staff members started setting up all their tables for dinner and lowkey made us feel we had to rushed. We were also one of the few diners indoors (we wanted outdoor but apparently they were full but we saw someone else seated after us - we did make a reservation beforehand) and our waiter took a while to get to us.
Wonderful atmosphere and food.they have heaters on the patio.
Food was phenomenal! Definitely an expensive experience but it was elevated cuisine and a great ambiance.
Amazing Chef Micheal from Bagatelle with an outstanding menu!
Major improvement needed for service & staffs’ attitude!
A bit xpensive but very good quality food.
Tartare and whole chicken a must.
Truffle fries one of the best in the city.
Absolutely pleasure to dine here. The decor and outdoor space was lovely. As was the Eggs Benedict and Pistachio Paris-Brest. The Royale Laduree was delicious! This is an experience!
Best restaurant, give it a try!
Beautiful lush backyard with a European feel. On a sunny day, it will be most pleasant. We only ordered an omelet and an Ispahan because we were there for a pre-lunch coffee. The omelet was very plain - not bad but plain. Ispahan was almost the same taste as in Paris but seemed like it was thawed from frozen. Peaking at dishes ordered at other tables, we wanted to come back for a lunch on another sunny day and order a decent meal because some of the dishes looked very inviting. Overall, we loved the garden, the atmosphere, and will give it another try for food.
Very good service and really nice atmosphere! Thank you! I’ll be back soon!
So beautiful but I may have ordered the wrong dish. Would go back though. Very classy and service was nice. Waitress was hard to understand though.
Great vibes! Feels the most *normal* place I’ve been to since COVID started. Safe and socially distant but great music, food and energy. It was my 2nd time there in one week!
My friends and i came to Laduree in October 17 to celebrate my birthday. The service was exceptional . Jorge was our waiter and exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh and delicious , the pastries were divine , the Royale Ladurée was exceptional. Overall our experience was amazing from beginning to end , we dined outside and although it was chilly the staff was friendly enough to offer us a seat near the heat lamps or indoors should we choose to move . I would definitely come back, as i would like to experience dinner . The macaroons, oh my gosh the the Marie Antoinette and the passionfruit macaroons were amazing! They have a macaroon tower which i would highly recommend if you want to try all the delicious flavors. I’ve been to Laduree twice in Paris and the pastries tasted just as fresh and delicious as Paris . Our entire experience made us feel as if we were in Paris ! The food portions were perfectly sized and priced . All the staff work masks and the seating was comfortably distanced. We weren’t rushed and were allowed to comfortably enjoy our meal . We ended up staying for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon which was wonderful . For outdoor dining , you have to enter the garden on Thompson. Sr . My only suggestion would be to put signage outside the storefront on West Broadway , some in my
Party weren’t aware of this and were waiting outside the storefront . Signage of where to enter the garden would be most helpful . Additionally, it may be a good idea to add more beer lamps outside , as there were only heat lamps in the back of the garden near the entry door to the dining room. Being that we are still dealing with Covid , for guests who aren’t comfortable dining inside and were willing to brave the cold , additional heat lamps throughly the garden would be helpful . This was the perfect place for me to celebrate my birthday , thank you Laduree !
It was an outdoor dining and it’s been awhile since I’ve done dining in ny because of the pandemic . I totally enjoyed it and I love the outdoor set up. It wasn’t crowded and i enjoyed my breakfast .
Amazing. highly recommended .....................
They have the best espresso martini I’ve ever tried. Ladurée desserts are heaven. The ambiance is so perfect. The service was awesome.
Delicious food and nice vibe
terrific food. delicious macarons. attentive service. tired decor. music overly energetic and didn't fit the decor vibe. too pricey given the negatives. again, food was delicious.
Chic fine dining at its best. The food was superb and the service was even better.
Absolutely loved this place. Will visit every time we’re in NYC. Beautiful venue and amazing food.
Amazing food and pretty restaurant!
Came here for my birthday and it was perfect. Service was GREAT and food was amazing. Thank you for a great birthday brunch!
Beautiful place and the food was delicious. The waitress noticed it was my friend’s birthday so she brought over her dessert with a candle. Attention to small details is valuable.
Staff was polite. Ambiance and food was great. Can be a bit pricey but worth it. The waitress did take somewhat long to get to us but the food came out fast. My daughter and I had a great date .
fabulous brunch. we felt very well looked after, the food was beautiful and the staff were very kind and polite
Exceptional experience as always
