La Toque – Westin Napa
Pairing wine and food is our passion. The pairings on our menus are considered by many to be the ultimate food and wine experience. Our culinary team and Sommeliers taste together daily, constantly exploring, looking for combinations that elevate both the food and wine, creating harmony.
We offer 3 different menus nightly at La Toque.
The Core Menu, where you can make your selections from a list of savory dishes and desserts.
Or choose the Vegetable Tasting Menu of five courses and dessert.
And for the ultimate La Toque experience, put yourself in Chef’s hands and go with The Chef’s Table Menu, a pre-selected menu of nine courses including 6 savory dishes, cheese, and two desserts.

Superb restaurant. Make it a point to have dinner at La Toque the next time you are in Napa...
Anniversary of our first date.
For the price paid, food was ok, don’t mind spending the money, but the food needs to live up to the expectation
First, they have an excellent wine list particularly strong in California Cult wines in vintages dating back 10-20 years. There Burgundies,Rhone, and Bordeaux wines are also impressive in the choices that are available of some of the more recent vintages. We shared a black truffle toast that was infused with cheese, the caviar course was excellent, and the duck and steak were superb and cooked perfectly. We ordered a 2002 Le Moine Corton Charlemagne and brought a 1996 Leroy Chambertin. Both were drinking really well. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would eat there again
Excellent wine list; very attentive staff; explained menu well. Great sommelier.
Better than expected! Overachieved Michelin Star!
Maria was amazing and the whole staff was so accommodating that I can understand the Michelin star. Will definitely be back.
It took 4 hours.
The food was great. The restaurant experience was truly like being punished or tortured.
The menu was very difficult to figure out. The waiters never gave us a simple. straight answer on our questions on the menu.
It took 4 hours. Ridiculous. We felt like we were being punished. Waiting Waiting
Will never go back
Good but not fantastic
Food was exquisite in every tasting item. This paired with service that was impeccable and friendly. The server and wine sommelier did an exception job of listening to hints in taste and likes to pick the most excellent pairing n wine. Together it was an exceptional experience.
La Toque staff greeted us and thanked my husband and I for our fifth visit to the restaurant with two glasses of the Roederer champagne. This is our must stop when we visit Napa Valley. We loved the 21 day dry aged duck breast. It had crusted skin with tender meat. We also tried the 1/2 truffle sandwich, black cod, scallops, cheese course. Everything was just delicious!!! Again, the food and the service were both A+++.
A complete miss on every dimension from atmosphere to food to service
Truffles? Who knew truffles in the right hands could make such a wonderful, subtle difference, and Ken Frank is a master chef with an exceedingly deft hand. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at La Toque with the special truffle menu, and I was slightly concerned when we first ordered that the truffles would overwhelm the other flavors in the multi-course dinner. Throw any such concern to the Napa winds, as each course had just the right amount and right presentation. I confess my favorite was when the Chef came to the table and personally shaved the truffle on the top of some of the best ravioli I've ever had. This attention to detail and overall care for the diners was evident throughout the meal. We declined the wine pairings (too much wine tasting already!) but the sommelier's recommendations were fabulous and introduced us to wineries we hadn't even heard of before. We had planned much of our trip to Napa around this dinner, and it delivered in every way possible.
La Toque is the best of French cuisine in Napa. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. This is definitely a place for a special celebration. More Michelin stars are deserved. This is our go-to restaurant in the Napa Valley.
Only a tasting menu. $$ for very little food and zero ambience.
Superb service and eclectic food, beautiful presentation
Every dish was amazing!
As always, a very enjoyable experience. Great food, great service!
Delicious and lovely service. Definitely has earned its Michelin star!
Meets Michelin star expectation
Attentive but not overbearing service
Sommelier was very helpful
This is one of those "expensive but worth it" restaurants. One of my Top 10 dining experiences EVER. The food could not have been prepared any better. The service was impeccable. The wine pairings excellent. And just a lovely place for a special dinner. If you can handle $400+ a couple, do come here.
I unfortunately changed a reservation for Coles Chophouse to dine with La Toque. I was not only appalled by their unprofessionalism but utter disrespect and blatant rudeness. This dinner was to celebrate my birthday and I was completely embarrassed. I will not only not be back but will never recommend to future guests.
So.... this place is amazing. I would highly recommend it. However, there was no one else in the restaurant. I don’t understand it.Every course was expertly prepared and delicious. The service was excellent and I had some great wine as well. Totally under rated in my opinion and if you are reading this review you must eat here.
Fourth time dining here… Took my wife here after proposing and this was our third anniversary. Outstanding as always!
Wonderful experience and great food . I was glad to have chosen this restaurant to celebrate my anniversary.
Poor service cold food ate there 2 years ago Thanksgiving it was great! Not a Michelin restaurant any more. Should loose star.
Wont be back!!@@
Michelin what? This was one of the poorest meals I’ve had at any restaurant, and the fact it’s supposed to be Michelin star is appalling. This was the worst meal we had during our time at Napa, and double / triple the price. Food combinations were odd, the “complimentary” bites we had at the beginning of our meal literally tasted like yesterday’s leftovers and the rest of the meals were lackluster at best - The cod for example did not taste fresh, and was soggy. Dined at many Michelin Star restaurants, including another during our stay at Napa and I’ve no idea how this has made the list.
The meal was really lovely. Interesting food but still light with 4 course. My only suggestion would be the wine pairing should offer more wine in each pour. I’m not a big drinker but in total the 3 pours were about 6 oz which is a bit light at $55
I made reservations at La Toque expecting a fine dining experience for my boyfriends Birthday, unfortunately this did not live up to the hype. We experienced a very expensive below average dinner. The fish was not fresh, the pot de creme was rubbery, the service was average at best and the wine was Ok. I have eaten at many Michelin Star restaurants and this was the worst experience that I have had. Save your money and go to one of the other amazing restaurants in Napa.
The overall experience was underwhelming at la toque. The service was great- no complaints at all there. However, the food was nothing to write home about, especially taking into account the price and Michelin rating. I think part of the issue is that you customize your menu - there are too many options and you can pick items that don’t compliment each other and it feels disjointed. There is no flow to the meal. We’ve eaten at quite a few Michelin restaurants around the world and part of the appeal is the experience the meal creates. Here you have 3 seemingly random dishes (we did wine pairing as well) that are good, but not great. Net-net, good meal, but not worth the price and definitely don’t think it’s Michelin-worthy.
We had a lovely dinner celebrating my wife's birthday. Special in every way!
Perfect! Staff friendly, knowledgeable ... excellent food and wine pairings.
Fabulous!! 2018 Michelin Star restaurant delivers a “4 & 5 course meals of the utmost foodie experience!”
The staff were professional, polite & gave exceptional service!
Every entree was made with flair & pride by the Chef’s masterful cooking, & we were treated with complimentary samples from our chef during our dinner, as well as a little gift box of 4 small sweet delights!
LaToque is a perfect place for a night to propose, celebrate a night of a special occasion, or for foodies who want to splurge!
It will cost you around $200 per person if you include a bottle of wine, but believe me, every bite was worth every penny- you’re not just paying for the food, but an entire culinary experience of refined dining.
716 dollars for two people, steak too salty, wine pairings were not good, very disappointed
Great food and ambiance
Wouldn’t recommend. Stuffy and dated. Not worth the price.
We dined midweek, originally very excited. That was soon changed due to lack luster service and food. We ordered the 4 course pairings & were disappointed-they lacked taste & looked as tho they sat under a heating lamp. For being a Michelin rated facility, one would expect more!! There are many other great places to eat in the region!
Experience was excellent! Very accommodating for a gluten allergy and put a candle in the dessert for my boyfriends birthday. Food was amazing, service was even better, highly recommend.
It was a bit underwhelming.
Wine director was arrogant, not interested and unhelpful. Based on his attitude I would not recommend this establishment.
