Great meal!

We had a party of 5 with a Birthday! The dinner was great the service was wonderful and the show was excellent!! We were blown away with how reasonable the price was for a wonderful dinner and a great show!!

My birthday celebration

Excellent service and one of the best caprese salads ever! Big basket of garlic bread and other homemade breads starts off the meal. The large rib eye was tender and charred to perfection. Also loved the rack of veal which you don’t see on menus very often. It was juicy and delicious, but would have liked some sauce with it.
The manager/sommelier was very personable. The only flaw- the lasagna, which was a little over cooked and very salty. The dessert of panna cotta was very disappointing. The menu didn’t mention that it was a raspberry base and it was very thick and rubbery and not the creamy panna cotta I usually love-
overall, it was a great experience, we enjoyed our dinners and we will definitely return.

Thanks to our waiter, Keith, and the 5 star service he provided, our dinner was perfect. The food was amazing. I'm definitely coming back to La Strada!

I am so happy I picked La Strada to celebrate my birthday. We were seated in a quiet corner and treated excellent. The hostess was very sweet and so was our server Alex. They surprised me with a tiramisu for my birthday. I cannot wait to come back!

Our server, Libby was great and very attentive to our needs. We both ordered the Mushroom ravioli’s because it is one of there signature dishes. We weren’t disappointed, they were delicious. We also had a mixed green salad and the bread was warm and fresh! Definitely a place we will be sure to visit next time we are in Reno.

The food was excellent. However, the service was horrible. My girlfriend and I had to wait 30 minutes beyond our reservation to be seated at our table. When we were seated at our table, the waiter was very unattentive to our needs. As a result, we received very poor customer service from the waiter. Therefore, I reluctantly do not recommend this restaurant not based on the food but rather the service.

Given other reviews, made my decision to dine here...not disappointed, met and exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Food was great, service great. No complaints. If you are going to a show after dinner the servers are aware to get you out in time. Definitely would go back again.

This is the second time we have been here, and the first was much better. The service was ok. We ordered a few glasses of wine, but we cancelled that order as we had almost finished our meal by the time we got it. The Caesar salad was just ok.....a little light on the dressing. Pasta dishes were fine, but nothing really outstanding.

We had a wonderful time. The food was wonderful and service was impeccable! We had the most tender ribeye.
We live in Minden and can't find a good restaurant to eat at there nor in Carson. We go for the ambiance and decent food when we want a good meal. Wallys is supposed to be really good but the food is average and service is horrible. Carson Valley Inn is a hit and miss. The food is average and service sometimes really horrible. Please tell the staff they do an awesome job and you have great food! On our way after the Cirque show we stopped off at the cafe to have dessert and coffee. The service there was horrible. I felt like the busboy was the only one working. They had 2 cashiers and we had to wait for the hostess for awhile. It seems like a long time when you have to wait! Then we waited at least 5 mins. for anyone to even say hello to us. That was a not a pleasant time.

Great customer service and great food! We were seated in the "wine room" which feels like you are in Italy. Sommelier spent extra time with us which was fun.

You cannot have a bad entree at this restaurant! We drive from Fresno twice a year and always eat here.

We go to Reno several times a year and always include La Strada in our plans. The decor is very nice, the staff is friendly and the service is impeccable, and the Italian cuisine is delicious. We always share an order of their signature dish, the mushroom ravioli, as our appetizer.

As always, a great Italian dinner. Tried one of their wine flights (3) this visit. Excellent choice for those who do not wish to down an entire bottle. Service is uniformly professional at La Strada. Don't usually try dessert, but had a taste of the panna cotta with seasonal berries. Delish!

Took friends to LaStrada. It was the best meal we had since the last time we were there. Our server, Naria, was fantastic and the food, outstanding. We think LaStrada is the very best in fine Italian dining. We will be back.

I think the kitchen had an off night as the food presented was not up to standard. However the service was great and the response by management was very good.

My friend and I were in Reno celebrating our birthdays. La strada was a great place for service and delicious food. Our server was Keith and he really made the experience outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly and we would love to come back the next time we are in Reno!

Excellent veal dishes. For a few dollars more can upgrade to some very good pasta side dishes. Very nice wine list. Desert was great. Open kitchen. Everything was well done. Dean Martin constantly singing softly in the background.

Don’t miss the mushroom ravioli! Tony is an excellent waiter. Be sure to ask to be seated in his section.

The service was one of the best in town. We really felt special and went there for my boyfriends birthday. Tarimusu is also best in town. Fabulous experience!!!!!

The food was amazing! Service great! Asked to see manager to let him know, but he didn’t make it to our table. $25 corkage fee seems a little high, but we knew that going in. Took my mom for her 80th birthday. No complimentary bday dessert but they did sing. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WAIT STAFF AND EVERYONE WERE EXCELLENT AND HAD A GREAT MEAL. ONLY "TINY" COMMENT WOULD BE ON THE CAESAR SALAD, TO INCLUDE A FEW MORE ANCHOVIES AND A LITTLE MORE DRESSING, BUT STILL DELICIOUS! WOULD GO BACK EVERY DAY IF I LIVED CLOSER!

My favorite restaurant in Reno! It is a must when I come to Reno!

The service was absolutely wonderful. The food, however, left much to be desired. Our risotto was rather flavorless. The steak was also bland. The orange roughy tasted very good and my wife’s veal was great! The gnocchi was mushy. If I came back I wouldn’t do the “trust me” menu. I would rather order a veal dish and pick my own appetizers.

At the top of the menu it says trust me. Order it. Worth every penny.
