    The GM Donnie has been a wonderful addition to Francesca‘s. He is so personable and tries to greet every table each and /or person every time you come in. Food is always fantastic as is Service.!

    The food was great - love that linguine alla frutti di mare when it’s a special. And the service was fantastic - consider yourself lucky if Evan is your server. It’s a stalwart of downtown Naperville for a reason. As we always say - we’ll be back!

    Ordered the ravioli extremely salty way too much didn’t enjoy it plus the food came out way too quick doesn’t appear it was made to order

    Steaks were disappointing. Ordered medium rare on two steaks that were one of the expensive items on the menu, but got them very rare. Provided feedback that steaks were too rare, took the steaks and cooked them only a little longer, returned the same steaks still rare. Other than the steaks, the pasta was great. Update: Received a call from Donny from management apologizing for our experience and offered to remedy it by having us return to the restaurant to improve our experience. It was greatly appreciated and valued that he took the time to personally apologize and offer this opportunity.

    We had a wonderful dinner at La Sorella! Service was excellent and our drinks and meal were all very good. My husband and I each had a salad and a pasta dish and we were pleased with everything we ordered. It was a beautiful night to be seated by the very large windows. Highly recommend this Naperville OG!

    Best Italian restaurant in the suburbs. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. Top notch service. Highly recommend. The only negative was the noise level was a bit high.
