Delicious 3-course brunch ($45) (kids 10 and under $12). Plated and served to your family in one of our spacious dining rooms, or on our gorgeous and expansive terrace. Credit card required, 48 cancellation policy enforced. Thank you for your patronage.
Delicious dinner with a very good service. Nice ambience and good value. I think this is my new favorite place for both brunch and dinner. Can’t wait to go back!
Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Everything from wine selection to dessert was excellent!
I had smoked duck breast & my wife had coq a vin. both dishes were excellent. neither dish was over salted like in a lot of rest.
18th bday!
Food wasn’t good
Great place
Our server was great. Very attentive and helpful with questions about menu
Everything was wonderful, the food, the atmosphere and especially the service.
We were actually very dissappointed with the service. My husband ordered the soup & I ordered the salad as an appetizer. My husband soup came out way before my salad, we actually had to ask the server (once she came out again) for my salad. My husband was already done with the soup. Then I had asked for another cocktail, which it took her over 30 minutes for it to be served We were already done by that point so I sent it back. Then when it was time for the desert, the server had to come out and tell us that the desert we had ordered was no longer available. I understand if the resturaunt is super busy, then it might take awhile to receieve certain things, but it was not busy. Do not think we will be going back anytime soon. If you pay $65 for a meal, you should recieve service that goes with that price.
My husband and I have been coming to LaProvence for the past 16years and felt confident in booking our small Easter brunch there today. When we first arrived we were seated in a table that we could not even place 6 plates on. Once we moved we did not seen a server for 30mins. Then it took two hour to get our food. For the cost of brunch the entire experience was so incredibly underwhelming. I’m appalled that the manager didn’t make an appearance to at least advise of the delay.
We had Easter brunch there- for 9 adults and 2 kids, our bill was over $700! Each adult had 1 drink. Our reservation was at 12:30- we arrived about 15 min early. We didn’t leave until 3pm due to slow service. The food was just ok, not great. Definitely not the quality you’d expect based on the price.
I was extremely disappointed with our Easter Brunch experience. The service was terrible and slow. The food was not unique nor tasty or appealing. What a waste of gas money and over priced mediocre food. The gardens were nothing great either. I’ll never go back nor recommend.
We were disappointed in the food. The salad was really bitter to the point that my wife passed on it. The crab omelette had a lot of crab but nothing else. There may have been 6 to 8 little chunks of asparagus, not more then a quarter inch long. It was disappointing. The first cup of coffee was hot and good but the refill was warm and it took 10 minutes to get it. Overall the 3 of us we’re disappointed.
Easter brunch was not good we do like this place however the food and service was severely lacking and no effort on their part to make it right. It was Easter and I wanted to be happy so I didn’t say much but it was a major let down.
Superb service in all categories: promptness, appropriate level of attention and helpfulness with menu selections.
We have been there many times and the food is always good if not excellent. The servers and well trained and attentive. We sat outside and ate which we love doing. My only suggestion is that soon they consider replacing the seat cushions as they are rather dirty and uncomfortable but we are older and comfort is more important than it used to be.
Even with the credit card/register system going down, the staff communicated the issue and did their best to continue to give incredible service. It was a gorgeous day and I've been wanting to try the surf and turf special for weeks. Finally had the chance to get a reservation and I would have gladly stayed hours and had multiple courses had I the time and money to do so. It is truly a magical place. The service is superb. The food absolutely wonderful. It was one of the best days I've had with my husband in awhile and we have great days! Thank you so very much.
We felt the staff did a very good job of making us feel safe. Table distances were approximatley 6 feet. Everyone wore a mask. Staff was very attentive and there when we needed them without being too close.
Food was very good. My husband had lasagna ratatouille. I had salmon with rice and spinach. We would both order it again.
I should have given the waiter more direction about how I wanted my salmon cooked. It was slightly over done, however fish was fresh. Our dessert was their standard selection, although I must say their gateau chocolate is the best in the area. My husband also enjoyed his carmal gelato. Both were light but very tasty. Frank Family vineyards Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon worked very well with our meal. Over all it was an enjoyable experience. We will go back again.
I've been there many times and it never disappoints me.
The service was a bit slow at first, but then it was excellent. The food was excellent, but I felt it was overpriced.
We had a wonderful experience and the service was exceptional. Katie was an amazing server and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be dining here again.
Lunch service a bit slow but friendly. Never had our water replenished until the check was presented. Burger average, a bit on the dry side. Reuben sandwich lacked dressing so also on dry side. However, this was nice place to meet my friend and chat over lunch.
My 9oz filet looked like a 4 oz, and the mash potatoes were such a tiny scoop . But it was very very tasty. I didn’t leave full.
I wanted to like this joint and I have been wanting to try it for a while. The Host/Hostess were very friendly. Waiter was good as well.
The food took such a long time to come out that it threw a monkey wrench in the dining experience. When it arrived, the Filet Mignon specials were not cooked correctly for 2 of our guests at the table. Unfortunately, my old man had a plate with luke warm food. It was obviously sitting for a while .It's a high price to pay for a so-so experience.
Had a nice Brunch sitting outside. The outside dining provides a good atmosphere. Only issue was we had to ask twice for bread. Price was reasonable.
I think that they are trying to catch up to the COVID pace. The food was different than all the times I have dined there in the past (pre-COVID). While the prices remained the same, the portions were smaller. My fish smelled pretty fishy. The butternut squash puree looked like a jar of baby food was poured onto the plate and tasted strongly of undercooked crunchy pumpkin pieces. The cocktails we ordered were over priced and under impressive. All that being said, they did try and make up for it and do the right thing. Based upon that, we will return, but I would order a bottle of wine next time.
They were clearly undermanned for the numerous patrons reveling in the ability to get out to a good restaurant. However, the food and drink were excellent!
Server was nice , but very very inexperienced! Wrong glasses and hot. not even trying to wait to get right glasses. Took our heater away without asking brought a drink way late then with the wine for dinner. Too many things to list!
Food was mediocre and overpriced !
No ambience I feel very ripped off!
As always, delicious food, excellent service and delightful ambiance. Kate was outstanding and we were blessed to have David stop by our table as well. Keep up the good work, and thank you for being open :).
The french onion soup was as delicious as always and the server was very nice. My friend and I had a good time.
LaProvence is our favorite restaurant in Roseville. The food is always excellent, the service is excellent, and the ambience is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an affordable, yet fine dining experience.
Happy and good clean environment
Prime rib special
We have always had a great experience and food at LaProvence - I would recommend to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and great food. It is perfect for a date night or any special occasion.
Good ambience.
Nice selection on menu.
Improvement on bread basket...slices were very uneven. Two very small ends of the wheat bread.
Merci.
My steak (bistro strip)was super weird. It was sliced and each slice was medium rare on one side and well done on the other.
Beautiful setting, great staff, amazing food, awesome location..
We enjoyed our meal at La Provence. As usual the wait staff was friendly, attentive and professional. The only negative was the $20 corkage fee. We felt that to be on the high side for the Roseville area. Of course we'll be back but will plan to come on a Wednesday for half price wine!
This is my favorite restaurant and enjoy lunch or dinner. Wonderful service by all.
Wait staff was amazing. Food was hot on arrival. Definitely recommend.
