I love love LOVE this spot for dinner (their pasta is incredible), but the brunch didn't measure up unfortunately.
Non welcoming waiters
Table ready at time of reservation. Took guests to dinner and the service was right on! The food was amazing. Pasta made in house and superb. Had the octopus appetizer, which was outstanding. Others had the meatballs and the cauliflower appetizers -excellent. Seems you can’t go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. Just made reservations for this Thursday. You won’t regret dining at La Pecora Bianca.
Went here for dinner prior to waking for to Times Square for a show and had an awesome dinner. Service was great, food was awesome with a decent size portion. Only complaint was food took a while to come out.
They rushed us out of there. Food cake too quickly. Food was ok.
Such a lovely space, and yet La Pecora Bianca - NoMad never fails to disappoint. From the surly hostess to the burned (and returned) fritada. I just hope someone who cares about the customer takes this place over some day.
This is fabulous. The food is great. The service friendly. It can be a little too loud but besides that it is perfect. Really nice place! I live in the neighborhood and it is a favorite!
Good food, pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend!
Consistently solid for food and service. Very relaxed place.
Creative dishes all well cared for. Like many NYC restaurants, its a bit loud. Not a very big place so good for groups of 4 or less. Prices reasonable for NYC. Would go there again.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Came here with a friend and split two types of their homemade pasta. Both were amazing. The curly pasta with sausage and broccolini was absolutely terrific, as was the rolled pasta with mushroom and just a hint of pesto. We ate there days ago, and I am still craving that pasta. Will definitely be back.
Loved our time! Pasta was amazing, portions are perfect size. You will not leave hungry!!
Overall good experience.
Nice - quick and wonderful meal.
Disappointed in one of our favorite spots, as both food (which took an unusually long time to come out) was below our expectations, as was the service (never checked on us after meal served; was completely unresponsive to needs of our five-year-old).
Excellent service and the food is consistently great. Fairly large open space so the noise level can be pretty lively but overall, it’s a solid place for excellent homemade Italian food.
Pasta was absolutely delicious the panini was good bread could be better.
Our food took far too long to arrive- probably around 45 mins and we only ordered one course.
Reunion with old friends. Food is great and ambiance very new yorkie today. Service was good although bar guy was initially quite arrogant and trendily annoying. Table service fine. Busy place.
Always spot on!
Again, I’ve had numerous business meetings/meals there and it always lives up to my expectations.
In fact, I’m going for lunch today and again on this Friday.
I frequent this restaurant often and every time I go they do not disappoint. They are very consistent with the food, service, and quality. As a fellow restaurateur, I can appreciate this.
Bravo to their team.
Great for lunch and dinner! Have a delicious meal every time I go!
If you read the other reviews of this restaurant, there are a couple of pretty consistent criticisms. First, even if you make a reservation, you may not get seated anywhere close to your reservation time. I've been to the restaurant four times over roughly two months and twice we were not seated until 25 minutes or more after our reservation time. There is virtually no place to wait for your table. Second, they've asked people to leave that have "overstayed" their reservation. While this hasn't happened to me, it wouldn't be surprising in light of the first criticism. Bottom line is I wish their management/owners would take note of these problems and take corrective action.
Always one of my favorite restaurants in NY.
Food is good. Noice level are quite high
I love this place. I've been there this past summer and sat outside with my friend. It's quickly becoming one of our fav spots. The service is always excellent, as well as the food. I
I had brunch there for this first time this past wknd, and only wish the bar area was a bit more spacious for when patrons are waiting there for their table. Other than that I had a great time and will definitely be back.
The food was little salty but atmosphere was really good.
Overly priced food with poor quality, poor quality service as far as ordering food. Only good part was several hosts were constantly refilling waters. Appetizer came out with food. Waiter forgot my side order. Food was small portions and bland in taste
Although more than half the tables were open, we felt RUSHED by waitstaff.
Empty tables remained open throughout our entire dinner.
food was great. only disappointment was that it was New Year's Eve and there was nothing happening at midnight. no party hats or noise blowers.. dull. not sure why they wouldn't have that.
A great find for our girls night out! The food was fantastic, the service excellent, and the ambiance is great. My friends and I had a nice relaxing dinner. We started with the Toscano salad, Whipped Ricotta and Honey and the meatballs. All were divine. My personal favorite was the Whipped Ricotta and Honey. We shared the Gramigna and Tagliatelle - both were awesome. My friend has the swordfish and although I am not a fish eater, she said it was outstanding. I did taste the roasted finnochio (fennel) and it was to die for. Our water, David, was outstanding. Very attentive to our needs, did not rush us and overall was super friendly and fun. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. I highly recoomend
Food was fresh and tasty.
I like the vibe and ambience at this restaurant.
The service was friendly and professional.
Food is great, but the team here is superb and sets the restaurant apart. Warm, welcoming and absolutely lovely. We lingered and they made us feel right at home. Not inexpensive, but it's a lovely ambiance, service and food is just great. Bravissimo!
Really delicious Italian food. Scallops were lovely and all the homemade pasta.
I have been putting off providing my feedback as I was a bit disappointed to have dined at this location (unlike the Midtown location where I had dined earlier in the year)...Hope our dining experience was an exception...
I could only guess the food and service quality had something to do with the un-inspired/unmotivated staff on deck (Sunday before Xmas holiday). Food and service didn't seem to go hand in hand with the cost of the dinner. My friend's steak was over seasoned with Sea salt and came overly rare although she asked for medium. The rock shrimp pasta I ordered was overly cooked (mushy), tasteless, and the portion was small. We sat at the bar and although there was only one more customer at the bar, we only got the bartender when we had to sort of wave to get her attention. The restaurant was less than half full at the time we were there.
Spent the day in the city. A small get away, overnight, with family. Found on internet, near hotel. The food was awesome.
Absolutely delicious Italian. Would definitely return again when in NYC.
I’m very picky as my husband calls me with my breakfast and this place satisfies all my brunch needs
Delizh coffe, authentic fresh squeeze ok, scramble eggs to perfection, the place is very clean
Great for birthday brunch!
