La Pecora Bianca - NoMad

Went for weekday lunch. A little loud but we were lucky to get a seat beside a dividing wall, was a little better. Great service and food. Chicken palliard was nice & moist.
What a wonderfully delicious dining experience!!!! I had the lavender spritz, which was very refreshing. The whipped ricotta, so good! The gramigna pasta is amazing! My sister had the octopus appetizer and the rigatoni. Both very tasty dishes! I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be sorry!
Decided to try La Pecora because one day I walked by and it was very busy. We sat for dinner at 6:30pm. We both had a glass of wine and we found the pour VERY disappointing. Not a great start. The volume in the restaurant got progressively louder and it was necessary for us to literally yell across a two top table so we could hear each other. I had the octopus and strip steak and my wife had the Manila clams with gluten free pasta. I found the octopus had way to much sauce of some sort and the steak had had a sauce on it which was not in the description. Not a fan when all ingredients of an entree are not included in the description. I did not find my appetizer and entree to be anything special or memorable. My wife actually enjoyed her pasta. As I mentioned earlier we sat at 6:30, we could not wait to leave, and were out of there by 7:30pm. I personally felt our server was rushing us and needless to say this was not a relaxing dinner and will not return.
The food is great and the venue is super adorable!
Great time! Beautiful service-no rushing-allowed me to visit with a good friend from out of town. We loved the food and the outdoor dining. Very lovely time.
Very clean and open air, bright restaurant. Food was tasty, but the service left a bit to be desired.
We loved this place! Service was great, the avocado toast was amazing. Definitely going back.
The food was delicious!! I cannot state this enough. The service was very good. The ambiance was somewhat more casual than I was hoping for on a Saturday night, but do not let that deter you as long as you are not looking for something very romantic.
Great good. Exceptional service. Friday nights may get a little too noisy if you want to actually talk to the person across the table without yelling.
The food was fantastic, and the service was attentive and wonderful
Good time. Either acoustics or loud fellow diners- loud! Great food. And i am an Italian avid cook.
Waitstaff was impeccable - our water was on the ball - our glasses were never empty!
asked for a quiet table the restaurant is way too loud for any meaningful conversation it was impossible to hear my guest. I will never recommend this place for lunch
Service was horrible. Stopped in for lunch today. No designated waiter or server. About 7 different people brought things to my table. I had to move plates to a table adjacent to mine for anyone to realize they needed to be picked up. Wasn’t asked if I wanted more coffee. Absurd. Left $2 tip.
Overall it was a fine experience. I don't know if I'd put it on the top of my list to visit again. The food was all a bit cold. The truffle butter pasta lacked flavor and needed salt. Everything needed a little salt actually, all a bit bland. Mostly I was happy the meal came in under $100 each from my friend and me. We got 3 apps and shared a pasta. She had a cocktail and I had a beer and a glass of wine.
Average food , nice people
We made reservations and upon arrival let the host know we had a 7:30 show. Our waiter went above and beyond making sure we were served in a timely manner. The food was PHENOMENAL as usual :) The tagliatelle and the pasta dish with sausage and broccolini was out of this world. Can’t wait to go back!
interesting local restaurant with good menu and good location
The pasta and drinks were delicious and the portions were generous. The decor was whimsical and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Delicious meal! Tagliatelle and olive oil cake were out of this world
Awesome service. Portion size not so big, but food tastes amazing! Would love to be back.
The food is delicious and friendly servers. We had the roasted cauliflower, scallops, and some pasta all of which were delicious. We ended with the Tiramisu for two which was so decadent with lots of mascarpone! I’d go back for sure.
Excellent service and excellent food!
Outstanding dinner. We sat at the communal table with a large group of friends. Ambiance is fun and cosy, service is very attentive and the food is absolutely delicious. We shared all the pasta on the menu !
I've been to Pecora Bianca many many times, mostly for business meetings and each time it is always excellent. The food, the ambiance and the service. I will definitely be bringing my business associates there again and again.
Amazing ambience and great food. Keep going back.
Very good brunch with friends- so lucky to have you in our neighborhood! The Apérol Spritz was the perfect summer cocktail. It got pretty lively at a table behind us- a bunch of girls having a very good time! Got pretty noisy, but in a happy way. We’ll be back!
Server was terrible
Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Definitely a casual mid tier establishment that knows what they do well and sticks to it. Casual but upscale. Fancy but not contrived. Solid, solid restaurant.
We waited 1 hour for our reservation, however one of the hostess was very nice- didn’t get his name but was young and on the shorter side. He offered to comp our drinks for dinner and got our food out very fast. He checked on us throughout the dinner which was nice since we waited so long to be sited.
Always a great place to grab a meal with friends and family. The meatballs are my favorite appetizer and their pasta dishes are delicious!
Excellent food and great overall customer experience.
Excellent food in a light, airy, and friendly place. Seating is tight so noise level is high. Energetic.
The pasta is so fresh and delicious!!
Lovely, casual spot in NoMA for a cool lunch on a hot day.
We sat outside which only worked because of scaffolding protecting us from direct sunlight. Our waiter was wonderful and made sure we had plenty of water.
Great spot for dinner or brunch! very cute and delicious food!
It was a sisters dinner. We took gazpacho, burrata and a Tuscano salad with a beer and a glass of whine.
72 dollars. Good food but a little bit expensive.
Ah, first bill was wrong (99 dollars)...so...take a look before pay!
Delicious homemade pasta. Beautiful bar. Will definitely return.
Delicious food. Never disappoints!
