Everything was great I celebrated Valentine’s Day and wasn’t disappointed at all

Anniversary celebration turned out a disappointing experience! While I rate the overall experience at average, that is only because our waiter was exceptional in his attentiveness and timed delivery of the beautiful special anniversary desert perfectly. The average rating is a result of a well below average quality veal chop and the sparse serving of duck. If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience, I suggest you choose a different restaurant!

Every winter, we go to La Nouvelle Madison for my husband’s birthday. The food, service and ambiance never disappoint! This establishment is equal to or better than many NYC restaurants!

The restaurant is really beautiful inside. The food is amazing. This was my second time there. I felt like the entire dinning experience was rushed. I know it was Valentine’s Day weekend I think they needed to get the next table in. I will definitely go back on not a holiday weekend.

Our first time at La Nouvelle Maison was outstanding. We will definitely return!

A fabulous meal and fabulous device. My husband said it was the best, most tender lamb he had ever eaten. I had the citrus green salad which was yummy. Crab legs to start with a delicious sauce. Chocolate cake with molten chocolate inside. Great wines. Very happy!

Everything was superb. I couldn't ask for a more perfect dining experience. Our server Adam was very attentive and made our night extra special. Each dish is a joy to eat, and photo worthy too!

Excellent food combined with outstanding service. What more can anyone want? I’ll tell you what. How about some very creative dishes. Not your typical fair. Escargot. Linguini with a full lobster out of the shell. Finished off with a Grand Marnier Soufflé. All were outstanding. And so was the veal chop that my wife ordered that I couldn’t stop eating.

Easily one of the finest restaurants in Boca Raton. The food is always outstanding. The service is on point. Always a wonderful experience.

Wait staff was atrocious, busboy was stellar and did what the waiters should’ve done. For a “fancy” restaurant in Boca you expect a certain work ethic. People coming to this restaurant already have an inkling that they’re going to spend a couple hundred dollars for an excellent meal. Not the case with our experience. The two waiters we encountered, were completely off putting and unprofessional. Ruining the experience. It’s extremely unfortunate that this is what has bothered me the most as opposed to the unexpected dinner guest that took three people to get ride of with just a simple dustpan.

Loud, food not great and service a bit inattentive.

Most delicious French food. Creative menu and large portions. I had the duck and it was wonderful with crispy skin and orange sauce.

Valet and hostess efficient and friendly. Waiter terrific. Sommelier helpful and knowledgeable. Fois Gras and Escargots perfect appetizers. Sea bass and scallop special entrees very good. Chocolate Soufflé dessert exquisite.

We had a Wednesday evening reservation. We called Tuesday evening to inquire about the corkage fee. We were told it was $40.00. Based on that information we chose not to bring our own wine. Upon arriving Wednesday evening, we learned that there is NO corkage fee on Wednesday evenings. I feel we should have been told this when we called, as we would have then chosen to bring our own wine.

We had a 7:30 reservation and arrived promptly. When our server informed us of the evening specials, we were told that they had only one serving of the Duck left, and that the server advised her customers that when making reservations they should also “reserve” any orders for duck. Hmmm...again, this is information that should have been given to us on the phone Tuesday evening, or at least included within the menu on the website. Also, 7:30 is an early reservation—why should an evening special be so limited at that early an hour?

The food we ate was delicious and came out promptly. Our servers were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant itself is lovely with a great atmosphere.

We did address our concerns with our server, and they did treat us to a small dessert on the house.

I will definitely return to this restaurant and look forward to another delicious meal.

TrueLy 5 star. And there aren’t many. 99% of the restaurants rated 5 star don’t even come close.

Anniversary

From arriving to the parting everything was just very pleasant and nicer

Absolutely Amazing! Took three friends the other night and we all started at our place n had 2 bottles of Heitz Cab and a super cheese assortment, gouda, cheddar, baked Brie, and blue cheese and shrimp cocktail. We were ALL stuffed and wanted to cancel res but I was insistent we keep our schedule and then headed for the restaurant, we were 15 minutes late, which I apologized for, and were warmly greeted. I checked there corkage policy and decided to bring a bottle of Caymus Cab special selection and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and pay the $40, bottle corkage fee for each. Caymus Cab was $250. on there wine list and Veuve was $125. I bought at ABC liquor for $140. and $42. , respevtively. Two of the woman had French onion soup as there entree, the other couple ordered the veal chop and said it was amazing. I ordered escargot n the Dover sole and it was the Best I have had! For dessert we ordered ALL three soufflés and enjoyed the champagne. Souffles were out of this world! Five people had two entrees two appetizers and two soups. I would have thought the waiter would have given my attitude about our lack of selections but he was very gracious and poured our wine, was attentive and very pleasant! A first rate classy place. Definitely ranks as number one in my book!

Excellent service and delicious Dover sole!

Really enjoyed our meal here. We are on vacation and have discovered that the majority of restaurants in the area are chain type. Very few sole proprietor with actual chefs. This is one and it did not disappoint. We tried the pate, lamb chops, a citrus salad and coq au vin. All delicious. Grand Marnier soufflé outstanding. Nice wine selection. This place was a bit of a “scene” on a Saturday night. Slightly snooty clientele and some show-offy types but don’t let that dissuade you.

We purposely save La Nouvelle Maison for something special because it is just so special!
Food, service, ambiance all blend to create the perfect combination when you want to have a dining experience that is more than a cut above the rest.

We were celebrating our daughters birthday. Always great food and service. Love the duck liver pate , short rib was melt in your mouth.
