   We went for my husband’s birthday and were greeted like old friends. I love that as many times restaurants have a front of restaurant person indifferent to one’s existence, haha. We were brought water and a small bruschetta as a welcome. Our wine was brought and then our salads, included with the meal. I upgraded to an arugula with the most delicious strawberries I’ve ever had. (Found out they get them at the local farmers market and bought some yesterday!) Our entrees arrived, nothing was rushed, the timing was good. We had eggplant parmigiana and chicken piccata, both served with beautifully cooked asparagus. My birthday boy was given a bowl of Spumoni ice cream with a birthday candle! Nice gesture! We’ll go back and highly recommend this restaurant! Great value and really nice ambience!

   Restaurant has a nice ambiance, our first visit. There were 6 of us for our Granddaughters’ Birthday. We ordered Arancini as appetizer which was excellent, best we have had. The bread, house salad and beef soup which accompanied our meals were very good. For our entrees the chicken primavera was excellent & Sanddabs were well prepared. We also ordered multiple Seafood Linguine Dinners which was good, but all felt the crème sauce was a too heavy for seafood. Having lived in Europe, I am a fan of Puttanesa , this version was prepared with a very heavy tomato paste which was over powering, very disappointing.

   They made our anniversary special with heart confetti on the table and the excellent service! The food was amazing. Definitely will return to try more dishes.

   We could not fault our dinner experience at La Mia Cucina. The food, service and ambiance were wonderful! Friendly staff with the right balance of attentiveness but not intrusive. Lovely to have tablecloths when so many restaurants just don’t bother (even Michelin star places!) and good table spacing so that we weren’t elbow-to-elbow with our neighbors. And absolutely delicious food!

   Overall, we enjoyed this restaurant. There were six of us. Three of us had raviolis which were all amazing. Two in our party had the special which was lasagna. They were both disappointed with this dish..seemed overcooked and mushy.. The only other disappointment was the cannoli. It was different than were were used too. We did enjoy the soup and salad and bread and the calamari appetizer was also very good. We would definitely go back, but would avoid the lasagna and cannoli.
