5 serious stars. Zagat worthy IMO. And I’m a n.y.c local guide. 👌🏼👍🏼
Great place and the food was very good. Service was amazing.
The food options weren’t great.
I ordered a chicken parm kind of dish and there were tiny bones all over it. After I bit down and hurt my bite was pushed it away because there was way too many random small bone pieces throughout. I’d never eat here again, not worth it.
We love La Luce! It’s always on our dining list when we visit Orlando. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. We always receive impeccable service.
Highly recommend La Luce!
Service was great! The pork chop was awesome! And the kids enjoyed there pizza
Fabulous meal. The special gnocchi we labeled “pillows of love”. The pork chop was excellent and the butterscotch pudding was beyond excellent.
Everything was excellent from food to service to ambiance can not go wrong
A very stunning decor and atmosphere. Excellent spicy shrimp with tomato and al dente pasta. Veal meatballs with twisted pasta was good as well. Caesar salad had a tad too much dressing, but was fresh and tasty. Service was near excellent. Only issue was that after congratulating us on our anniversary, before being seated, they never followed up with anything else. We weren’t expecting a free dessert or anything: But maybe they could have done a little something, for a restaurant of this caliber... But overall, we highly recommend trying La Luce
Our server, Ricardo, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, hospitable and made our experience in La Luce wonderful. We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and he made him feel so special.
The Filet and Gorgonzola Risotto was AMAZING!!
Everything was perfect. Joe made our dinner experience extra special. The food was great. we sat outside in the deck over look the pool. Thank you Joe for being so friendly and happy to serve us.
Joe our server was outstanding! Knowledgeable, on point, and so friendly!!!! The food is spectacular. The seasonal menu is wonderful. We started with a Caesar salad and the cauliflower and arugula salad. Both were outstanding. Dressing was made from scratch and the lettuce is kept in a crisper to keep it fresh and not soggy. Our 2nd course was the duroc pork chop and the parpardelle seafood pasta. Delish! Our 6 year old enjoyed her own Caesar salad and spaghetti (which was also sooooo good). We enjoyed paired beverages and wine with our meal and finished off with their tiramisu, chocolate cake, and lemon cake. All three made by their pastry chef and were outstanding! Portions were all perfect. My husband and I finished off our dinner with espresso martinis. The manager Lia was attentive and went above and beyond to help me sort out an Easter gift for our daughter at the hotel!!! Beyond the amazing service.... our food was stellar. We will always visit again while vacationing in Orlando. This place is a MUST!
I have been at la Luce several times and everytime it blows my mind . All the staff was amazing . Special thanks to Justin , the restaurant director , also Luke and Nela for the incredible service. Ricky the manager and Shirley , the chef made as feel as family and they made my birthday dinner exceptional. I can’t wait to come back and visit again
Chris was my waiter, professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable of the finer points of the menu. I had the duck bruschetta, and it was superb! Great melding of flavors, and the bread was amazing, if not a bit overpowering. The Spaghetti Alle Vongole was sumptuous with a very generous portion of clams, al dente pasta, and a nice note of chiles at the end of each bite. Another excellent dinner at one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. Brava tutti!
We have been going to La Luce since the first week it opened and always enjoy a spectacular meal! Joe always takes amazing care of us and we are always made to feel like family!
Everyone enjoyed their food. We would go back.
From beginning to end our experience was fantastic! Food was amazing and our server was flawless! Wonderful time - we will be back!
Terrible dont go- glorified lubys feeling
We enjoyed La Luce very much and going back tonight. Looking forward to having a delicious dinner there. The food is outstanding! The best part, our kids loved it too, which is important, because sometimes we go to a restaurant and can’t find anything that children will enjoy. Keep serving an amazing food. We are not from here, but come to Florida often. La Luce will be a must go place from now on. Thank You! To tell you the truth, words can’t describe the delight you serve.
Food was outstanding! Great restaurant to splurge and try something new. Even my 8 year old daughter enjoyed the food and experience.
Food was good but pricey.
Did not like fact that we booked room at Waldorf Astoria & La Luce showed as available restaurant but was actually at Hilton property nearby— had valet take us to & from in golf cart.
The menu is very limited, the service was horrible.
Omar was attentive, friendly and helpful. We shared a fried calamari and shrimp that also had veggies. It was wonderful. My wife had the veal meatballs with pasta and I had the roasted chicken. They were both perfect.
Terrific food. Excellent service Table placement was poor: a non-descript area in the back that looked like a waiting room in a train station.
La Luce has become our “go to“ restaurant when we visit Orlando. The food is creative, the service is great, and the overall experience is wonderful!
If you are staying at either Hilton property, it’s worth going to. Menu was decent and they are flexible within the parameters of what’s on it.
Service and food were incredible. Butterscotch pudding was amazing!!
Menu is not what I expected. No cream or tomato bases pasta. Very limited menu.
It was a very nice atmosphere for dining. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent.
Pork chop was sensational. Recommendations by staff regarding entrees, cocktails, and desserts were thoroughly enjoyed. Service was excellent, because of their update communications.
Always wonder about hotel restaurants but this one exceeded our expectations -- as hoped! Cauliflower salad and special capers were outstanding -- and almost enough for dinner. But we didn't stop there. Scallop risotto was divine, and chef made a fabulous veg/red sauce/pappardelle for me-- also something that can be iffy, but was similarly divine -- and we ate every bit. And we appreciated the encouragement to go for the butterscotch pudding -- heavenly!!! Tables nicely spaced so we felt safe and great wine list!!
Delicious! We both loved our starters (Caesar and cauliflower salads). Entrees were delicious too - if the short rib risotto is still one of the specials when you go, GET IT.
Drinks were just so-so
But the staff was wonderful. A great dinner for a little overnight escape. Thanks, La Luce!
We were highly excited to try based on the reviews. The atmosphere was beautiful. The service was fine, but there was nothing special about it at all. Had luke warm water, waited for drinks, items not explained. The food was a big disappointment. The fried olive and almonds were very good as was the beat salad. The bread was cold. The cauliflower salad was oily and lacked acid. We shared the malfodine and it tasted like great hamburger helper.
Great food and great service. However, I would expect a restaurant in that price range to operate in a more respectable level. Do not place a table of 6 kids with iPads next to a couple trying to enjoy a relaxing meal. It’s a shame they should have to worry about that, but a fact of life these days.
Very elegant establishment. Servers were very friendly and courteous. All staff were friendly. Food was great. Will come again next time I am in town.
HOLY MOLY! This place was incredible. I highly recommend it. We had Joe/Joseph as our waiter. He had spot-on recommendations for every member of our party. I was celebrating my birthday and he went above and beyond for our wine suggestions, appetizers, and meal. The restaurant was beautiful inside and out. I literally would come back to Orlando, just to eat here.
This was a fabulous experience in every way. Special thanks to our server Joe. So welcoming and so knowledgeable. Also the two young men in parking. A great place for our special occasion
Very solid average restaurant. Nothing terrible, but nothing great either. Service was decent.
Our second visit to La Luce and won't be our last. Professional service and meals prepared to perfection. We ordered their charcuterie board, two daily dinner specials and the flourless chocolate cake. Five stars all the way around.
You made our anniversary special. Valet parking included with the dinner is a very good idea.
Our server was amazing. She handled all my gluten free and dairy free needs and was just phenomenal. I’d go to any restaurant that she works at
I believe her name was Catherine?
