I have eaten at Habichuela many times over the years but this trip the quality of everything really went down. My niece got the pollo pibil which tasted like the sauce was simply dumped on top. Pollo pibil should be marinated for 24 hours and slow cooked 8-12 offers in the sauce. I ordered the whole fish Tixin Xic, same thing, just no flavor. My wife ordered the grouper filet, and just nothing there. The sopa de lima was over salted. Just a big miss this trip.
