It has been here since 1720, contemplating, waiting, always alive with nostalgia. It is part of Puebla’s history and now part of the gastronomy.
La Garita, built in the old center of town in the 18th century, housed the livestock on its way from Veracruz to Mexico.
The altarpieces based on the effigies of the 17th and 18th century transform handcrafted artifacts into art, which together with the specialties of the house give you the perfect ambiance.

La Garita, construido en el viejo casco que en el siglo XVIII albergaba el ganado, en su paso de Veracruz a México.
Los retablos basados en efigies del siglo XVII y XVIII convierten a la artesanía en arte, que junto con las especialidades de la casa le dan el ambiente perfecto.

En general fue buena, buen gesto fue que el chef sugirió cambiar mi salmón rasurado por otra entrada ya que el salmón ahumado ya no lo recomendó
