Met friends for dinner. Reservation was on time. Great atmosphere courteous server and delicious food .
Never disappoints !
Great service and good food. Only problem was large table with family were screaming and made a romantic date difficult as we couldn't hear over this large obnoxious family.
Great time I would go again, nice and romantic if you want nice food
Lovely evening great food and service
Dinner was good. Person at the greeting desk was very rude and totally ignored us.
Excellent food and service!
As always, La Dolce Vita was a pleaser. The staff, service and food are exceptional! Highly recommend the Veal Scaloppine Saltimbocca!
Great location, delicious food, and outstanding service.
We had a lovely 39th anniversary tonight! Italy was very close. Wonderful food, surroundings and amazing waiter! We love celebrating important moments with Dolce Vita. We are blessed indeed.
This is a regular spot for us and we will go back, but our Saturday night meal was uneven. Some flaws in the food prep and the service a bit rushed even though it was not crowded. The place looks great. Hope it goes back up to its previous high standards.
Our server Anastasia was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Outstanding service.
I have always wanted to try. I made a 7:30 reservation and sat to eat at 8:20. Way to many people!!!! To crowded and way over booked!!!! I didn’t like my meal at all!!!! My husband got 3 little little pieces of veal, imbarrasing!!!!!we will never go back!!!!
Amazing!!!! Will definitely be back!!!
A terrific meal at phenomenal value. 3 of us each had the 3 -course $19.95 prix fixe dinner & everyone's meal was delicious. My cod livornese with risotto & vegetables was excellent - fish cooked to perfection. Minestrone first course & cake for dessert rounded out a lovely meal. Sat by the fireplace with ocean view. Service professional & friendly. We cant wait to go back...
Love this restaurant.
Food is amazing and the service is the best
This is a spot local to us that we have been meaning to try. Went for my birthday this past Sunday and were not disappointed. Late lunch and place filled up during the afternoon. Seems folks know this is a great option for a Sunday lunch. Unassuming from the outside but clean and bright atmosphere inside (in patio area enclosed for winter - cozier in the main dining area). Great location across from the beach. Nice menu of Italian, seafood and other options. We had fried calamari, Caesar salad, Fiesta salad, ravioli with meatballs with fresh san marzano tomato sauce, Penne vodka and the skirt steak sandwich (X's 2). Food was great. Desert just as good (bomba, choc mouse cake & tiramisu). Well priced. Dinner menu is more expansive and this is also a seafood oriented place. Service was very attentive. This would be 5 stars if not for the sound. Music was not loud (I enjoyed the tunes) but we were under a speaker and seated in what is the patio in the summer. Noise bounces. Hard to hear each other but while a little bit of a detraction from the experience, it did not spoil it by any means. Great experience .Definitely recommend.
Extremely busy tonight. Sat at 8pm for a 7:30 reservation.
Good excellent as usual.
Worth the wait.
Linguini and clams (white sauce) had little taste. More oil or butter was problem. Could not pick up with spoon and fork. Had better elsewhere
Atmosphere and location are amazing. That's where the positive part of this review ends. We did go on New Years Eve.. so I fully understand the restaurant life and that it's a high order to have a successful dinner on such a high volume day. It was a limited menu which is to be expected and we were a party of 6.. from the filet mignon to the scallops, mashed potatoes, seafood ravioli and everything else we ordered nothing was great.. or even good. Extremely disappointed as we had all always wanted to try this restaurant but it was an epic fail. One of the members of our group couldn't even eat half of her meal because it was that bad. Besides the food being awful.. our service was worse. Our server was an older Italian man with a strong accent. I was excited for his authentic accent but he was just a mean old cranky man. I know he probably didn't feel like working on NYE but I felt like we got the brunt of his anger. Telling us to enjoy the bread because we aren't getting anymore since they ran out. Refusing to allow me to have any sort of steak sauce with a major attitude for even asking. Ignored drink requests that never ended up being fullfilled and just overall nasty behavior including complaining when one of my friends had some crumbs on the table agter clearing our plates and he asks if she's ever been allowed out to eat before. Very disappointing last meal of 2017 but thankfully we know and will not waste our money going there in the future.
Always good food and great staff
The food, as usual, was excellent but extremely overpriced for New Year’s Eve. We were very uncomfortable and crammed for our party of 10. Would return during the year but never again on the holiday. The staff was great under the circumstances.
Live this place! One of our favorites. But go early, it can get het cramped and a little loud. The food and service are fantastic!!
Basic food.. the staff is friendly and helpful...nice view of ocean. Quite area in winter months
Here for Mothers Day and Christmas Eve for dinner. Very busy both times. Mother Day experience much better.
Seated long time before drink orders were taken. One drink order of 7 was made incorrectly twice.
2 Fried buff mozzarella apps cold inside.
Dinners were all good and hot.
Overall, since such busy day, stations should have had two servers per as there were many large parties and wait staff stretched too thin. We will go back though because the food is very good. Cold apps unusual.
Good food, but WAY too cramped. We went for Christmas Eve dinner, so we had a family group with a member who uses a walker. It didn't fit between the tables, and when he got up, he had to disturb all the other diners around us. The people at the next table also had a handicapped person with them, and they had the same issue. A family a few tables over had two screaming little girls. The tables are so densely packed together that it sounded as if they were crying at our table. Maybe it isn't like that on regular days, but there are lots of other places to eat where I don't have to feel like the lady at the next table is sitting on my lap.
Server service was very disappointing. We had issues with our food quality and taste and could not get the server to inform him. Service was almost none existing. Waited long periods between courses with no service.
We had a fabulous meal. I had the seafood risotto. My wife had the home made fettuccine shrimp dish, both excellent. Galina, our server was outstanding and very friendly. Our bottle of wine was very good Argentina Malbec. Our only complaint was the noise level. It was very hard to hear but didn't put too big of a crimp on our evening.
It was good
