Super disappointed with LDV today. It appears there is a new owner and they completely destroyed the original vibe of the interior to make it look like a girly pink vibe (rip off of mad nice). It used to be completely packed on the weekends, there was basically no one there and yet our server was almost always no where to be found. Very disappointing, this Detroit brunch staple has been ruined 😫

Incredible…I have traveled a fair amount and would say that their terrace dining is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen anywhere!

Food & service were excellent. I had brought a bottle of wine from a winery I owned in CA but was disappointed to find they did not have avcorkage license. Why not?

What a great find! My son and I had dinner two nights ago. First time. I found some good reviews and tasty looking pics of some of the Italian dishes. We had a booth in the bar and Chris was our server. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Chris made meal recommendations, cocktails were excellent, and the food was outstanding! I had the chicken picatta. My son had the lobster ravioli. YUM!!!

Had the worst experience dining at LDV to celebrate my wife’s birthday. After being seated we had to wait 40 mins to get water and our drink orders taken all while having a toddler with us and it took them an entire hour to get our drinks after multiple reminders. When asked to speak to the manager they weren’t apologetic and had the audacity to say ‘What desert do you want on us’ as if we were expecting charity. At the end of it all, they didn’t even offer a complimentary cake (which is their standard). the quality of food was also average at best. Never dining here ever again and I would suggest the same for anyone looking to try out this restaurant.
