   We are pleased that we found this wonderful French restaurant in Ocala! We went for a special occasion and were not disappointed! The ambiance was charming - we were in a small side room with four tables! There was plenty of room between tables that lent to an intimate dining experience! Service was impeccable, Naomi was our server - she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The food was delicious - my wife had short ribs and I had the duck cassoulet. Even the bread was some of the best we ever tasted! Parking can sometimes be a problem but (after 5PM) we were able to park in a city parking lot next door to the restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner and look forward to returning! I am confident that you will have a similar experience at La Cuisine!

   A FABULOUS dinner - great ambiance, the best waitress ever, and, hands down, the most wonderful escargot I've ever eaten and I think my escargot count is in the thousands. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly!

    If you are looking for a restaurant to go to to celebrate a special occasion, this is the place. The food is prepared very well and the service is excellent. However, be prepared to spend a lot of money. If you can afford it, go for it. If you are on a budget, you might end up wondering if it was really worth it all when you get home.

    I HATE to slam a "Good" restaurant, but...Last night we visited La Cuisine, I had the owner (Patrice Perron) over to the table, turns out he is a very nice gentleman. His restaurant is located at 48 SW 1st Ave, Ocala, FL 3447 we had friends with us - I started with the Escargots in Garlic Butter(absolute perfection!), then on to the Bouillabaisse. Here's the rub. Dish was served almost cold, broth was luke-warm (but I hate to send something back, while others are eating - long wait for our meal to come out, which consisted of;. Three Shallots, Three over-cooked shrimp, pieces of potatoes (just slivers) and a piece of toast coated with a "Salmon" "Jelly?" For those of you who know me, understand I'm a "Foodie." I savor my meal, I enjoy new and different dishes, BUT this was too much. Long wait, poor meal, high priced. Total bill w/tip was $277.91 Whew! The others said their meals were good. I must admit the lamb chops looked delicious.

    Had dinner with 3 others on Friday March 3rd and it was very good as usual Fois Gra salad escargot to start. Very good cocktails and of course the bread Entrees were short ribs and grouper both excellent Attentive service with high quality food make it a 4 plus star in Ocala Will be back soon

    The service was EXTREMELY slow. The waitress attributed it to a large party in the other room -not my problem. The foie gras, escargot and duck entree were all excellent, but the beef bourguignon was luke warm (at best) and was mostly noodles rather than beef.

    The restaurant was great, first seating was a booth that was very tight for four people the table in a small room was excellent. The food overall was good for 3 of us. Appetizers and drinks were great, the entrees for 3 of us all came at the same time but the fourth entree was delayed even though the side dishes were delivered. As a result we all waited to start our meal until everyone was served. When the fourth entree was finally delivered that person’s side “truffled mashed” were cold.

    We dined in for my wife’s birthday and it was an awesome experience! The food was delicious—the Parmesan soup was hands down the best soup I’ve ever had, and the swordfish was Outstanding! The service was exceptional: we walked in and were warmly greeted immediately and taken to our table. Our server was friendly, highly knowledgeable on the menu, and attentive. If I could give 10 Stars I would! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our dining experience Amazing!

    Received no service for the first 25 minutes and had to track down the host just to get a server to even look in our direction. Had another staff accidentally drop trash into my cup as they walked by; they at least apologized profusely. One appetizer was partly burned which ruined the dish, the other was okay but nothing to write home about. Entrees (Champignon Tajine and Bouillabaisse) were okay. Chocolate tart dessert was fine. Totaled up to $200 for 2 for poor service and mediocre food. Cocktails were excellent though. Might go there for drinks, but that's it.

    The service is wonderful the food is spectacular!! They give so much attention to the customers, so it makes everything so much more special.     We are in Ocalla for two weeks, and we loved it so much that we already made a reservation for next week. We love French cuisine, and were absolutely thrilled with our selections. You can’t go wrong! The Parmesan soup was to die for as well as our entrée and our dessert. We are thrilled. We discovered this place.
