Good food, a little cramped and noisy. We enjoyed it, will be back again.

The noise level was way too loud to talk to anyone at our table of four. Our waiter was nice enough but not efficient. We waited close to a half hour for our drinks. I had the paella of the day. It was pretty good but more of a risotto than a paella. My son got buffalo ribs that were melt in your mouth yummy! Others got pizza that was okay. Overall food was a 8 out of 10. Noise and poor service brought down my overall rating.

I read about this restaurant in a wine magazine last time I traveled to Paso Robles. Since, I was able to go back to Paso Robles for the 2nd time, and hope to return more often; my husband and I made reservations for this restaurant. It is exactly what the wine magazine described: an explosion of flavors. Excellent, must try their signatures drink. I had a cucumber vodka after doing some wineries, which it was an excellent drink. I had 2, and I wanted to order more! We share some tapas, and share a delicious brazilian chopino (stew). I will be back!

Seated immediately , attended to quickly . Not rushed , ordered drink from the bar , given time to relax before ordering . After entrees served , service slacked off. We had food to take , didn’t ask about desert or check. 10 minutes later came back and asked . Limited desert menu , decided to skip .

Great menu; entrees large enough for sharing . Specials well described . Will definitely return .

We dined with another couple, and were seated inside at a tall table opposite the bar. The atmosphere and decor are homey and inviting. I would definitely get rid of the TV at the bar, though. Really, no need for this at a dinner restaurant! If the bar was separate from the dining room, it might be okay. But the restaurant is noisy, so it is not needed. And this is not a sports bar! Obviously, a pet peeve of mine.
I had a nice glass of Spanish sparkling wine, my husband had a local beer, our friends had non-alcoholic mojitos. Everyone happy. We ordered appetizers: calamari (so so, bland and the sauces weren't great), the ceviche (great!), and the soup of the day, which was tortilla. I didn't try that, but our friend loved it.
Our entrees were scallops, green salad, and branzino (sea bass) over risotto. By far, the branzino dish was the winner--really nice fish, excellent creamy risotto with fresh asparagus and peas, not overly heavy. The scallops, however, were not fresh. I could smell them coming to the table. They were not bad, just not fresh. My husband's from the eastern seaboard and pretty picky about seafood. He was not happy with the scallops. His salad, while dressed, was also very bland.
Service was quick but a little pushy; trying to clear our plates numerous times while we clearly still had plenty of food to eat. We were there for about 1.5 hours on a Friday evening (6 pm reservations). Were continually rushed, not a good feeling. Especially with the cost ($200). Give us time to eat!!
Overall we had fun with our friends, but there are better places to dine in Paso. We just had never been there so decided to try it out.

Always have a wonderful dinner or just appetizers. Staff are friendly, professional, and know the menu. Owners are always asking how the meal is progressing. A fabulous restaurant to choose.

In 2 days I ate at La Cosecha 3 times, I lunch, 2 dinners; every dish I tasted was exceptional in taste, presentation and represented the chef’s love for food and reflected his creativity; I never had better octopus in my whole life.

Never a bad dinner... Moqueca is always my favorite. Appetizer was spectacular! Very friendly staff.

A little tight when seated...but once the food comes you completely forget about that. Did overhear another couple complain about the size of their table... "No room for anything"

We've always enjoyed LA Cosecha! And will definitely be back soon...

Food was good however we were very disappointed when we ordered the paella. It was definitely more of a risotto and did not resemble paella in the slightest.

Great food; great cocktails; great ambience and amazing service! We changed our reservation last minute and they're accommodating without making us feel bad. Order Brazilian seafood stew - not on the menu...but it's so good. I literally could loose sleep thinking about it...because it's absolutely delicious!!

La Cosecha is our FAVORITE restaurant in Paso Robles! Sometimes we order tapas and small plates, sometimes entrees, and we love it for lunch, brunch and dinner. Sunday brunch is awesome and has a live jazz trio. Our favorite lunch items are the pulled pork sandwich and beet salad with shrimp. The seafood stew, pork chop and braised short ribs are our favorite entrees. Tapas-the shrimp, empanadas, scallops, pork belly, burrata-everything is delicious!! We have never had a bad dish. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The wine list has something for everyone. Even just sitting at the bar with a glass of sangria and ceviche is cool and refreshing on a warm summer day. Even my very picky Mother thought the pork chop was absolutely delicious. YUM!!!!!

We love this place and come fairly often.
They have my favorite wines on the wine list, the food is delicious and the service is great. We usually split a salad and then we each get an entrée but this time we split a salad and then shared 2 of the Pan-Seared Scallops and the Ecuadorian Shrimp. Then for dessert we had the Chocolate Torte! Wonderful! We will definitely do that again!

We had a wonderful lunch for our anniversary. The staff was ultra friendly and it was a fun experience. The special touch of a complimentary dessert--the plate was ringed with drizzled words Happy Anniversary--was very nice! I have eaten at La Consecha several times with my girlfriend and this was the first time my husband and I went together. We both agreed the food was quite enjoyable as was the atmosphere, casual but stylish.
The only thing--and this was not LC's fault--was that a HUGE delivery truck pulled up in front of the restaurant to deliver an oversized item to the the business next door. Apparently there were issues with the delivery and the truck was parked there for more than 1/2 an hour to the dismay of diners sitting near the front (us) and those using the outdoor seating.
But, we'll still return.

Beautiful place, happening bar, great food and service! If I had a complaint it would be the accoustics in the place. It is very loud and hard to hear normal conversation.

We went with a family couple based on Open Table reviews. The service and food were quite good. The restaurant is quite small. So there is no ideal table. The noise level is high. It's difficult to hear the server even give the specials. And it's even more difficult to carry on a conversation with the people with whom you are dining. That said, we will go back again, understanding the limitations to conversation.

We sampled a lot of things off the menu such as the seared scallops, empanadas, and the amazing tuna tartare (which wasn't on the menu but a special). The waitress recommended a Spanish wine that tasted great and went with everything. Friendly, helpful, and delicious...what more could you ask for. Next time I'm in Paso, I'm eating here again.

I still thinking about that Finders Mule. Terrific!!! And the food is in another level. The ingredients tasted as they were picked up from a garden few minutes before that delicious paella was prepared. Great service. Highly recommended.
