Everything was excellent from service to great food and good wine selection.
Came here for a bday celebration. Sharrd.the ceviche and Paella, both were AMAZING!!!!! Highest recommendations for this place. We sat outside (social distancing) and it actually made it even better!!!!
Outdoor dining works well there. The staff has had time to adjust and does a very good job.
Great location next to the Park, excellent food and service.
Since it was Covid in CA, the dining was on the street in the walled off parking area, so it was nice dining outside but not an elegant setting. However this did not detract from the food or service. The Paella was awesome! The best I’ve had outside of Spain. It was shared with my friends husband who agreed. Empanada great too, bombastic a bit to heavy. Will return.
Great food, service and refreshments. A great find.
Love it, the best restaurant in town. Best food and drinks
The paella was amazing and the best we have had outside of Spain!
Excellent service. Tables outside were spaced well apart to allow for social distancing. Staff was wearing masks at all times.
Food-wise, we shared the grilled octopus, Mediterranean pizza, and the duck confit. For the two of us, it was more than enough. Our favorites were the grilled octopus and the pizza--the lamb sausage was divine.
What a great find! Had a lovey evening outdoor dining in our new normal. Jason, our server, was absolutely awesome and provided great feedback on the food and drinks. Definitely would go back next time we’re in Paso Robles.
Octopus was amazing and service was amazing
We went there for my husband‘S birthday. The beet salad with shrimp was fantastic and the chocolate cake with ice cream was delicious. Fun party. Service excellent. Thank you.
Great food and service. Salmon was not overcooked! Cobb salad was great with generous portions for both entrees.
Their paella was astonishing, our server Christina (i think) was very generous and cheerful. Loved the experience, get espresso cream brulee if you have space in your tummy :)
Al Fresco during Covid pandemic. Great drinks and food!
Great service, delicious shared plates!
We always take people to this place. Today it was just ok. The calamari had too much batter, the ceviche usually has scallops today just shrimp. The meat paella was very good, the salmon was very good but the seafood had fried calamari. I missed hearing it had fried calamari because I don’t want that in my paella, too mushy. The drinks were fabulous and so was dessert.
Today an off day.
Excellent food with a creative menu and attentive service
Best food In Paso. For sure
Adherence to Covid restrictions for outside dining was very good. Tables distanced and staff wore masks. Food and service was excellent. Would definitely return. Highly recommend this establishment!
The food is great and the service was excellent. Given that we had to eat in the street because of the outdoor rules, the ambiance left a bit to be desired.
La Cosecha is a favorite restaurant for Sunday brunch, and we finally visited for dinner the other night. They have tables and umbrellas set up outside which were perfect. I'd suggest a later reservation (7:00) to be insured that you'll not have any sun. Four of us shared 3 appetizers: calamari (light and delicious), octopus (a wonderful recipe without tomato and not spicy), and scallops. I had the seafood paella of the day, which was delicious and topped with more calamari. My husband had the duck confit, which is hard to find on a local menu. Our friends had salmon and butterfish - all entrees were delicious. Our friend has an allergy to nightshade vegetables, and the waitress was very good at helping him determine which dishes would be OK for him to eat. He was also able to substitute items that he could eat. All dinner plates were wiped clean....what does that tell you? Mine was not, only because it was too much to eat. I enjoyed paella leftovers for lunch the next day! Atmosphere is casual, but food is gourmet!
We had a lovely evening sharing plates with another couple.
Calamari, Paella, Short ribs and Bombas!!!! And Creme brûlée’s. Amazing
Can’t wait to return in November 😋🥂🥂😋
The dishes were very unique and the spices were just right. The location is perfect, as it faces the main park in the city. I would highly recommend this restaurant if there’s a little tip for the restaurant I would say try pairing with the dishes
Food was OK, not great but not horrible.
Excellent food and well done given Covid restrictions. Will make La Cosecha a regular whoever Paso.
The food was very good. Especially the gazpacho and the moqueca. It tasted like an authentic moqueca baiana. The server, Yuki was very knowledgeable and nice. They did everything well to adapt to our new way of life.
One of the best pizzas ever! Bacon, Burrata cheese, caramelized onion with balsamic drizzle.
Given the circumstances with Covid
it was great. Marguerite pizza excellent, beet salad over the top!
In the time of Covid, everything is different so I will not comment on ambience as we had to sit out on the street with cars passing by. Not ideal but no fault of the restaurant. Bruschetta was awesome. Fish and meat paella’s good as well. Waiter appeared over worked but was great none the less. Overall, good experience
Recognizing that the restaurant had to adjust to the new Covid world requirements, this review is solely based on food. We thought it was just ok. A little bland and lacking flavor that we were expecting.
We had a great dinner here. The service was excellent and our seafood paella was delicious! They’re making it work with safety precautions in place and it is still a pleasant dining experience.
Everything was great and food was exceptional until the end. Since we had to sit outside due to Covid, we asked for a heater once it got cold. Just as we finished dinner and were about to order a round of drinks they just moved our heater to another table. When I asked why they did that without even asking us first, and after the fact, they said they wanted to be accommodating to the other guests. I was speechless. When I asked them what about us, your current guests, they just said sorry. We asked for our check right then and left. A once favorite place of ours just became our least favorite. Rude is an understatement.
great lunch spot! the salmon was fantastic and the paella as always!
One of the best meals we had in the area. Glad we booked in advance.
The restaurant was careful and respectful regarding distancing customers and only allowing a certain number of folks on the patio. Our waitress was excellent and the food, as always, was great! Thanks for being so careful and making us feel safe, so we could relax and enjoy a great dinner.
We visit Paso Robles every year and this is definitely our favorite place for dinner. We were there on Sunday night and the food and the service were both excellent. There were 4 of us, and we had paella (enough for 2 to share), octopus, beet salad, and squash blossoms. Every dish was great! I highly recommend this place.
Great experience. Great service and awesome food. Empanadas were fantastic and paella? YUM! Just the right amount of heat with the saffron shining through.
Our food came out promptly, and the order was correct, but our server seemed like he was having a bad day. The overall vibe in the restaurant felt pretty mum.
We had the absolute best meal with their scallops app, and grilled octopus app. It was good we ordered another grilled octopus. For dinner, a friend had the duck, my husband had the filet, and my other friend & I shared the meat paella...this was fantabulous! We would definitely go again.
