Fabulous menu choices prepared really well! Fun atmosphere. However, noise level was very very high making it difficult to communicate with our server and each other.

The drink deal is good meaning unlimited bloody marys for me. There was nothing redeeming on the menu sadly. At first I was bothered by the tiny portions that they doled out with each pass, by the time we got to the frittata I was glad I wouldn’t have to get stuck with a normal sized plate of airplane quality food. The Wynn can do a lot better and this was a disgrace in terms of food quality, sorry to say. The sausage was cold and tasteless, bacon also cold and greasy, the hash was like a poor taco filling, the flatbread was the only thing even close to having another look at. I expected some level of creativity and quality of preparation and ingredients-not even close.

We were wowed by our dining experience at La Cave. The tapas small-plates were more generous than we expected. We enjoyed most that we ordered. Only the French onion soup was not on the same level as the rest. The seabass was excellent! Good cocktail and wine list. The sommelier was kind and knowledgeable.

This is a good option for some tapas prior to a show at Encore. All dishes were good, some (cavatelli) lacked taste, burgers were fine. I would also skip deserts. Ok but not worth the calories.

Good food but the service was just ok and plates came out too fast - I’ve been to many tapas restaurants and spacing of the plates is appreciated - we ordered 5 dishes that literally came out all at once

Good food good location to see a show within when waiter was very nice friendly helpful. You can definitely share your plates at this restaurant. That’s what it’s kind of designed for. I would say the only drawback is that they have sliding doors around the entire restaurant and the manager opened up everything and it was a little cool. He didn’t ask if it was OK or not. He just opened them so we closed one of them Would recommend and would go back

Food was actually surprisingly poor. Staff dropped the dishes on the table. Also never saw all the dishes—maybe 60%? At the end, someone came up and said they were our server. Most of the servers walking around were sort of aloof or grumpy. Weird. Also, they hold the trays of food high so you don’t really know what it is. I wanted to like la cave, so this was disappointing.
