La Cave - Wynn Las Vegas
I have been here a number of times and it is always great. This is a low key place at the Wynn/Encore, but the food is just excellent. I like the small plates and trying all the different dishes is so much fun and especially enjoyable when the food is this good!
This was my second time for brunch at La Cave. I came back for the weekend brunch which is served butler style. The food is excellent and the service is amazing. This is a great place for group get together and the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s help to make that much more fun.
Food amazing......great atmosphere!
Fabulous! The service, food, cocktails and ambiance were all wonderful. Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant in the Wynn resort!
A relaxing meal in an amazing ambiance , perfect to share small plates without filling up.. room for delicious dessert!
Restaurant not as busy as it used to be.
Server was awful. Slow. Only had part of the order. Forgot about us.
Food quality very good and served fairly quick.
Restaurant lacks atmosphere now.
Not sure why they say you should book as 3/4 of tables were vacant, unless they weren’t seating patrons due to the slow staff.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Butler brunch service is a fun way to serve the meal. I found the prices a bit high for the meal and think that coffee and juice should be included as part of the service.
New Years Eve early small bites & wine.
Beautiful wine flight
Really tasty food
Wouldn’t recommend dining here if you have a late reservation. We sat at 9:45p on a Saturday night and we decided to order a bottle of wine. Out of the dishes we tried, the only one that is worth mentioning is the tuna and hamachi crudo. The rest of the dishes were disappointing and lacking. I would’ve been okay if that was the end of the meal, but no, at 11p sharply they basically tell you to gtfo. The lights go on, the music stops, and the staff are putting chairs on the tables. I wouldn’t have minded as much if someone had given us a heads up or any sort of indication that we were an imposition before 11p. I wouldn’t have ordered a bottle of wine if I knew that our last two glasses of wine would be so unpleasant. Yes, I know we can take it to go in plastic cups, but that’s also not why I ordered an $80 bottle of wine (pre tax and tip by the way). I would never send a friend or family to this restaurant.
I felt that they were under-delivering the entire experience. The portions were unreasonably small and overpriced. The ambiance is great, but very limited on quality seating. We went out for dinner, but the brunch options looked much better, creative, and more fun.
WOW! Tapas style menu and a beautiful dining room with a gorgeous view! The VERY BEST meal I had the entire time we were in Vegas. Do NOT miss having a meal here!
The service was great—very helpful and replaced a dish that we couldn’t stomach without hesitation. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely—big windows surrounded by an enchanted forest of sorts. Unfortunately, the food was not at the same caliber. The gnocchi was somehow both burnt and too soft, plus it was very oily. The truffle fries were underdone and soft. The roasted beets were the only highlight. For the price, we expected MUCH better.
Excellent truffle fries!
Crab lettuce wraps were good, the steak and fish entree's were ok. A little overpowering sauce on both.
We were a group of 8 and had a great dinner at La Cave! The food was fantastic! Each couple shared several plates between the two. The atmosphere is great! Service was excellent! We would definitely go again!
We ate at the bar and had a wonderful time. Food was excellent and bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend.
Great wine selection with great appetizer portion dishes. Great for sharing.
Nice vegan menu. Highly recommend the lemon fettuccine. Be sure to get enough food since the dishes are tapas.
Overall great but the waiter made mistakes with credit card payment - we split bill 3 ways and gave 3 cards. He scanned one card twice but when pointed out did correctly mistake.
What a great little place! Tucked away in the vast Wynn Hotel and Casino complex, it is very cozy and quiet. It's a nice spot for a romantic dinner.
My wife and I had a flight of wine and a cheese/meat board. Wine was good ( a little overpriced), cheese was very good and meat was just average. The restaurant was clean, quiet and had a good ambiance.
I had the baby kale salad and a pepperoni flatbread. Both were outstanding. My wife had a beet salad and tomato mozzarella flatbread. They were also both outstanding. Pretty noisy, but not too bad. My wife loved the Cosmopolitan drink. Keep up the good work!! We will be back soon!
We come here every time we are in Vegas. The food is always creative and mouth wateringly delicious. Tapas style, so a lot of fun tasting and sharing dishes. We would call ourselves foodies and would rate this a 10 out of 10.
Food was ok it was thanksgiving meal soup was cold , salad underdressed Turkey was really good. We ordered sides the mushrooms were way too sour I love balsamic but was overpowering flavor ... the place and service is really nice but not wort the price .. sorry
Service was fabulous! Food was good except beignets were under cooked.
Had the thanksgiving dinner, food was excellent but portions were extremely small, particularly the soup and sweet potatoes. Also was a bit disappointed that they had run out of pumpkin pie (we were a 5:15 seating)
Just can’t say enough about this Peter Morton outpost ! Nailed it in all respects. The hostesses greeting you with warm smiles and elegant demeanor. The service was spot on and the variety of culinary choices were adventurous. Did I mention the wine selections, well just a deep wine list for every palate and pocketbook. Another great time spent at La Cave. Thank you all !
Great as usual. Good service combined with good food.
Absolutely delicious tapas/shareable plates. Chicken flatbread and shrimp were great !!
Fabulous experience. Family memories that will last a lifetime
We sat by the window and it was absolutely a beautiful atmosphere And quiet. We had a wonderful flight of wine in our food was excellent. But when I showed it was delivered we never saw our server again. Then a new server came and helped us. We were not checked on at all which was quite disappointing. But I would still go back as overall it was a very good experience.
Birthday which was really nice there. The food was terrific but the place is definitely not a 2$$ location as all the meal options are like tapas and so you must order multiple of each to share which is how the value part was dinged so badly. Definitely recommend if you know up front it’s a pricey place to eat!
Not too many small plate offerings. Wine selection was broad but WAY overpriced. Decent place but wouldn’t go back.
Very nice place to have lovely drinks and food.
Our first experience here and it was fantastic! Loved the butler service! The food & service were exemplary! Met a lovely couple who dined next to us. Great experience. Highly recommend!!
I love this place - food is amazing and service is great!
Took my mom for her birthday, she felt spoiled and enjoyed the entire dinner. Staff was attentive but not overwhelming. They brought us plenty of water. The dessert with the candle for my moms birthday was unexpected and was the icing on the cake. Thank you.
Had a great, quick dinner right after arriving at the Wynn. Pricey but nicey.
There was a couple of private parties when we arrived which meant we were squashed in the bar. This meant you couldn’t easily walk between tables unless you went sideways. The waiting staff were lovely and apologetic but they are unable to change space. It was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other and struggled to understand the servers.
The wine list was extensive but eye watering.
The food was quite good but expensive. In itself it would have been fine but coupled with the claustrophobic space and elevated noise it was not a good experience.
