The dinner and the service were really great!! Highly recommend! The only downside of this establishment was the fact we had a loud pretentious table next to us, which could not be helped lol! Great food, great wine selections, great service!
We stop by every time in Vegas. Food was good as always except the steak crostini was over done.
The service and food were both wonderful. Beautiful setting out on the patio.
As far as tapas places go , we were very impressed by the portions.
Excellent service - the patio is amazing.
We had a beautiful, romantic date here! Wonderful service, good food, and exceptional wine!
The lump crab lettuce wraps were amazing! Also loved the seared scallops. Try the beignets for dessert with 3 delicious dipping sauces. We sat out on the patio which was lovely. Nice casual atmosphere with excellent service.
Was an amazing find! Great food, service was amazing. Perfection. Will definitely be back
This place is beautiful, but wow is it expensive! And our waitress was rude, which was surprising for such an upscale establishment. She recommended the skirt steak to me which had literally zero flavor. The short ribs were very good, but 2 glasses of wine and 2 very small plates was $105. Insanity.
Crab lettuce tacos - yum! Everything is delicious - we tried 5 items for 3 of us....more than enough food...
We have dined at La Cave about 6 times over the last 4 years - always been great - and have recommended it to friends who have all enjoyed.
I was excited to go here as I really enjoy small plate dinning. We were seated at first inside but quickly realized the music was so loud we couldn’t talk. We were changed to a table outside. Much better. We ordered our drinks and he food at the same time. Within 5 minutes we receive our first dish.
1. Bacon wrapped dates
2. Mexican Street corn - as a side
3. Beef flat bread
4. Moroccan chicken skewers
The dates were very bland, not hot just like warm. Nothing special whatsoever. The blue cheese dip they had was light and airy like a mousse
Our drinks were delivered well after our dates.
The Mexican corn was then delivered. Now I’ve been to Mexico many, many times and the street corn there is sweet, salty from the cheese and simply delicious. This was very acidic from the first bite. Kinda of like eating a sweet tart. Not god enough to halfway finish the dish.
He flat bread was tasteless as well. Instead of being savory and delicious it was dry and the beef was tough.
Lastly the chicken skewers, dry, dry, dry!!!!! I ate one small piece and drank most of my water!!!
Would I waste another $120? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
My husband and I chose La Cave for a light meal before seeing a show at the Wynn. We were seated on the covered balcony (very nice!). The tapas portions were just right; I chose a flatbread (yum) while my husband chose Moroccan Chicken (good, not great). The highlight of the meal were the wine flights, which offered a nice selection of different wines to try. If you are a wine lover I'd try La Cave.
Excellent service and wonderful menu. I highly recommend it and I will surely return.
Good food very poor service
The only time we saw our waiter was in we he took the initial order and when we asked for th bill he showed up again
Won’t be going back
Food is okay nothing special. I like the wine menu and the tasting wine list was fun.
Decent food (not the best in Vegas but definitely ok whbut great service.
If you're looking for a amazing wine and amazing food, look no further! Kick back within a beautiful relaxed environment, eat some amazing bites from a variety of great small plates and drink delicious wine. This wine dive is our 'go-to' gem every time we're in town. Amber (La Cave's manager) runs an amazing team and experience you will not forget!
We were staying at the Wynn for our wedding/honeymoon. We walked by La Cave one day, and decided to go there for dinner. From the moment we arrived, we received 5 star treatment! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu & recommended great dishes for us to try. We are vegetarians, and she brought us a specific vegetarian menu filled with pastas, salads & small plates to try. We loved the wine pairings & the tofu sliders were amazing!
Superb venue for a quiet lunch with superb dishes and service. Usual first class experience as a frequent visitor to Wynn Las Vegas.
Dinner was amazing! Tara, our server was sweet. Justin, somm, was attentive & hospitable. We'll be sure to visit next Vegas trip!
The carpachio was some of the best I have ever had. I definitely recommend it.
I have a bad seafood allergy. I notified the server right away and he assured me of no issues. (The restaurant does have a special menu ). Anyways the first item came with food cooked with fish/seafood. ( server had told me he would not include that item). I had to find the server to give it back! The rest of the food was pretty good.
It was great, just the service was a little slow and the bill was a bit expensive.
Love dining at La Cave. Fantastic atmosphere , and great food.
Excellent experience. Lovely cuisine
Table wasn't ready at our reservation time and we were invited to sit at the bar. Bar was full though, so we went back outside and were told our table would be ready in a moment. Took a full 15 minutes before we were seated...and we couldn't help but notice that there were numerous empty tables where we could have been placed in the meantime. The small plates of food was very tasty, but all came out at once, when a little space between would obviously have been a better way to enjoy. All in all, I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in town.
I stay at the Wynn 2x per year for business. I always make sure to schedule at least 1 meal at La Cave. Small plates makes for an interesting meal. There is always enough to share with your dining companions. I particularly like the bacon wrapped dates ;) My one complaint is that they keep the restaurant very dark. Throughout the restaurant you will see diners using their phones to light the menu so it can be read. I guess that's why its called La Cave. BTW, the Sommelier who helped us last time (late July 2018) was excellent - knowledgeable, personable and a great salesman.
This was our first visit to La Cave and it did not disappoint. Delicious food and a great unique variety of dishes. The truffle grits were AMAZING!!!! I hope to return soon!
Always fantastic food and in a relaxing setting. Mushroom truffle grits and bacon wrapped dates are over the top
Food is average, prices are higher creating a sub par value. Ate at the bar, wonderful conversation and service.
Sunday Brunch... great tentative staffing, brilliant food and our glasses were never empty. As always with the Wynn you cannot go wrong at their restaurants.
A bit loud, music-wise. Otherwise, a good meal.
My husband and I do two getaways a year to Las Vegas. We always stay at the Encore/Wynn and we always eat at La Cave. We have never been disappointed in the food, service or amenities. We are already anticipating our next getaway and we just got back .
Terrible experience. Service was awful as was food and value. Ruined that nights dinner while on vacation
Perfect restaurant! The waiter was super nice and the food amazing. Small bites are the best as you can test everything! Loved!
Very good service. Amazing vegan menu! Couldn’t fault the restaurant.
Delicioso supero mis expectativas , la pasta carbonara una delicia
Food was great, awesome selection. Great wines. But our server forgot about us! If I get a bottle for $100 bucks, is it too much to expect him to pour us at least a 2nd glass?
We went to La Cave twice while we were in Vegas. The first was a gathering with friends for brunch. The dim sum style was so fun and all of the food was delicious. We also loved the setting. Sitting outside but still being protected from the heat was such a pleasure. Because my husband and I were staying at the Wynn, and because he'd seen the extensive beer list while we were at brunch, he insisted we return for Happy Hour later in the week.
The food was delectable, the service was friendly, the ambiance was gorgeous on the veranda. We will eat here again!
