As you open the doors to La Casa Pasta, your senses will be stimulated with the aromas of freshly-pressed pasta, delicately made sauces and warm, baked breads fill the air. Critics will agree that the tastes are even more satisfying. Newly renovated elegant decor, along with our stunning bar & lounge will surely impress you and your guests.
Chef and Owner Giuseppe Martuscelli's roots and knowledge of fine foods and wines originated in the town of Santa Maria Di Castellabate near Salerno, Italy. Giuseppe came to America with the Italian Navy in 1967 and returned to stay in 1973, settling in Newark, Delaware to open La Casa Pasta in 1978.
Since then, he has made it his goal to serve only the most authentic Northern and Southern Italian foods. Each year, he travels back to his homeland and beyond to learn new recipes and import ingredients not to be found in the states.

Bushra was amazing as usual - excellent service wns she understands the menu from top to bottom. And she smiles a lot too. The food was excellent as it always is.

Food was excellent! Our table tried several of the specials and they were delicious. Was very busy during our visit so service was a bit sluggish but staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We have eaten here multiple times per year for the last 5 years and my biggest issue is that it is ALWAYS freezing in the restaurant-doesn’t matter which season of the year.

We were seated immediately on our arrival. The server was very personable and attentive. Our drinks were served in a timely manner and we were not rushed to place our order. Our entrees were hot and delicious.

This was our first time visiting La Casa Pasta. The outside does not do it justice- it's very cute inside, love the little rooms and the different "feels", even has an outdoor seating. We sat early 6:30pm, so it wasn't as crowded on parents weekend, but by the time we left, the place was filling up with large parties and the volume increased substantially. Our server Katy? was so attentive and refilled water glasses and made sure the food was to our liking. Got the fried calamari (small rings and bodies), fusilli Santa Maria and the chicken picatta, both made with fresh pasta. Will be back to try more menu items. Get the tiramisu - you will not be disappointed!

Rice ball app wasn’t good. The bruschetta was good. Caesar salad was fine. Pasta with seafood was pretty good , a little salty, chicken was really good but the eggplant parm was really mushy. Second time there, first time was better but overall a 3 out of 5
