The owner is always there making sure every visit is perfect from the food to the service. Very authentic!
Wonderful food and superb service. Our first time there, and we will be back.
Horrible experience; the waitress forgot to submit our order. We waited patiently for over 40 minutes for our food and when we finally inquired, she confessed she forgot to submit our order. They offered no discount but asked us to continue to wait for our meal. I said I was very frustrated that they forgot our meal and asked if they would offer some sort of incentive for us to stay but they said no. When we told them we wanted to cancel our order, they still didn’t make any attempt to save our business and the owner was out-right rude and nasty.
Great food. Reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. What else do you need?
Such amazing food—I keep dreaming about the spaghetti squash! And really lovely and friendly service. Can’t wait to go back!
My neighbor and I had the pure pleasure of dining here for the 1st time. Our main server was John. From the time we sat down to the time we walked out of the restaurant, John’s service was outstanding an he had us laughing continuously. His recommendations and candidness with us made the evening even more special. When we were told the chef was from Italy, we knew we were going to have a delightful 3-course meal. The bread, olive oil, and herb mixture were tasty in the beginning. We started off with the amazing Mussels Napoleon-Mediterranean mussels, sautéed shallot sherry cream sauce as an appetizer. Per John’s suggestion, we each had the Grouper Peasano -fish filet sauteed, shrimp, mushroom sauce, braised garlic spinach. The entree was delicious and the sauce certainly completed the meal. The portions were so generous that we took home two bags of food to last us for a couple of days. We finished off the night with a homemade tiramisu and coffee. Our experience was so memorable that we will be back again in the very near future. Thank you for taking excellent care of us.
Excellent Italian food. Home cooked NOT like all the other Italian restaurants that are all heavy handed with Ingredients. Very friendly family service.
Went to La Casa on Easter Sunday with family and was very pleased. Food and service were excellent.
Easter Sunday early dinner with my 4 kids and hubby was so good. All of our food was delicious and our waitress was funny and sweet. I always love it here.
We love this place for a family dinner out and the food is always great!
It was our first time out with our friends in quite some time and we really enjoyed this restaurant food was great and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The owner always makes me feel like his best friend.
Pollo rosemarino was 👌🏼 The atmosphere was quaint & staff was friendly!
Always reliable..... great food and service! 😊
What a great little gem. The staff is excellent, attentive and fun. I wanted the chicken capresse but with shrimp - no problem and it was excellent. My friend had the shrimp fradiavolo. Right amount of spice and another excellent meal. I recommend this wonderful restaurant
This place is outstanding, a wonderful spot right in downtown Alpharetta. We were greeted by Pasquale, the owner/manager who also took care of us this evening. We had a party of 6, and everyone had a wonderful meal and experience. We love this place, and will certainly be back.
Absolutely one of my favorites! I have never had a bad meal there!
The restaurant was very crowded for early evening snd we had to wait maybe 20 minutes at the bar, but service and food were excellent as usual. Highly recommend this restaurant. Have had many great experiences here.
Primo!! We have not dined here for about 6 months, returned to meet friends for dinner. This is one of those restaurants where you "can't go wrong." Pasquale is always hard at work, seating tables, clearing table, serving tables and making certain every plate served is done so perfectly. My husband had lasagna, a new selection for him, and he said it was the best ever. I had the grouper with spinach, perfecto! Make certain to save room for dessert and finish off the evening with tiramisu. And, not to perfect, pair your dinner with the perfect bottle of vino..... truly one of our favorite places in downtown Alpharetta!! Bon Appetit~
Marvelous in every way! If you want a quiet conversation don't sit in the back from 6-8pm on Friday or Saturday nights. Stay on the front porch and you will be in heaven.
Go and enjoy, the food is delicious and the owner makes you feel special
Awesome food; great service!!!!
This was my first time at La Casa and we really enjoyed the experience. The owner met us at the front to confirm our reservation and we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and the food was great. The atmosphere was very nice. The next time we return we are going to try and sit on the outside porch.
Best broccoli and cheese soup I've ever had. Rolls we're scrumptious, too. Special Shrimp appetizer was great. All was very tasty, albeit rich. Definitely would recommend. It is a neighborhood gem.
Terrific value and ambience
This was a first for us and we will return, often. It is a beautiful house with dining on the outside in the warmer times. The house is decorated warmly and has pictures of the Italy home of the owner where he still maintains a restaurant. This is genuine. I had the prawn fra diavolo and it was perfect. Now, if you know fra like I do expect it to be spicy. It was spicy. If you are not familiar you may want to pass on this. It was the best outside of NYC. My wife had Ziti. We enjoyed giant prawns as an appetizer and they were outstanding. The bread came warm (nearly hot) and was delicious. This was a perfect meal and I must say the price/value was excellent. The interior is delightful and the tables are not on top of each other. There is plenty of outdoor dining for warmer times. The staff was excellent. We had a 5:30 pm appointment on a Saturday and before the rush so we had plenty of attention. We the owner visited and was very cordial. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. I talked to several waitresses after dinner to learn more about the owner and some other places nearby. This is located on a hill above downtown Alpharetta and there are numerous other restaurants. We plan to explore them but this is going to be on our list of regular stops. I want to try the lunch menu also. I cannot say enough about how what a nice treat this was and encourage a try.
Veal was not edible. Owner did nothing to accommodate. Chicken dish was totally over cooked and they did offer to prepare it again.
Never apologized for poor performance.
The person ahead of me didn't have a reservation and I had to wait. What's the point of a reservation?!
I made the reservation weeks before the dining date. They seated us outside. It was cold. They would not move us inside even though we requested. They were very unconcerned and even asked if we had reservations. Appalled
This is our third time dining at LaCasa. The food, and service were both wonderful. I love that their menu has some options not found at other typical Italian restaurants. We celebrated an early Valentines Day dinner and it was wonderful. We will be back again soon!
Amazing homemade pasta and great wine for a mouth-watering combination! Perfect ambiance for date night.
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Charming old house, large portions, great food. Friendly service. Make a reservation.
My husband and I had an amazing date night at La Casa. We love Italian food and trying new places that have wonderful ambience and spectacular food. This place does not disappoint!!
Service and food were excellent. I’d forgotten how good the food was here.
The dining experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. I look forward to returning when the weather warms up and we can sit out on the patio. Food was delicious!
My family and I had a wonderful time! The staff was excellent and we will absolutely be back!
Awesome! Fantastic environment, food and attentions!
We loved every minute. Right from the start we were greeted and treated like VIPs. Really quaint atmosphere with different rooms to break up noise. The staff is super nice and helpful. The food was AMAZING. Best Italian food since I left NY. The ingredients are fresh, made to order. Everything prepared daily. The lasagna is orgasmic, eggplants sliced thin and cooked perfectly. The sauces are incredible and good wine selection. I expected to pay 50% more than I did, so when I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back and encourage everyone that is close and likes Italian to make it in. Thanks to the entire team!
We enjoyed our meal there. When we arrived it was very quiet. The room filled up with two large parties and it became very loud. Overall, the food (chicken marsala was excellent), service and atmosphere were very nice. I loved the painted tiles of Italian scenes on the walls.
I will return.
Our GPS was confused getting us to the proper place. We were within a block of the restaurant , but, the GPS, told us that we had arrived, when the restaurant was not in sight.
No eating, great service and food was great. A little noisy in the back but that was the customers were having a great time. Prices were acceptable.
First time to eat here. Arrived at the reservation time, and were seated immediately. The service was prompt and attentive.
The bar offerings/service are very good. Menu choices were quite adequate and varied. The portions are "right sized", we all finished the entrées without feeling stuffed.
Parking might be an issue on busy nights. There are other options in the area. Might be a good idea to drop any passengers off before searching for a space.
Overall, it was q quite pleasurable experience. We will return.
