Always enjoyable. I try to go there every month or two.
Everything was nice except the music was too loud we couldn’t hear eachother speak. We asked that they turn down the speakers since it was live music, but they said they can’t!!
The ambiance would’ve been perfect if the music had been just a bit lower. Other wise very nice.
Really disappointed. I've going to this restaurant for over 10 years. The quality was awful. I felt like I was at a chain restaurant, which I guess they are now. So sad because I loved this place. Our server basically took our order, checked in once more, never brought us sauce for our dry yucca and then forgot about us. Go to Branchline instead.
This was our second year in a row celebrating my birthday here. Waiter was courteous, helpful, and served us with respect. Berry mojito special was fabulous. Food arrived without a long wait; entrees out sooner than expected. Red Snapper special was super; meat dishes were tender; the chocolate flan is to die for (and I’m not a big flan fan). Simply must not wait another year for a visit.
Great food. Live music on weekend nights. It was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the dinner.
The food was wonderful and we will be back. It was so much fun to watch people dancing to the music. We saw a wedding proposal and that made our night.
We have been coming to Casa de Pedro for years and, sadly, in the last few years the place definitely went downhill. While food is delicious, customer service is getting worse with every visit. The waiter was inattentive, the food and drinks took forever to get. We forgot our credit card there, came back and it took us half hour to get it back. The manager took our driver license and disappeared, the hostess that we send to chase him also disappeared, it’s so loud it’s impossible to hear anything. We will still come back because the food is really good but they need to get their staff a better training
A large menu with many options gives guests a lot of choices. We enjoyed the tapas which were shared among four of us. The house nachos are especially delicious. Be sure to order a special drink-quite delicious.
It was a very pleasant Easter dinner
As always, food was excellent and authentic. Service is very knowledgeable and attentive. Great place for lunch or dinner; formal or casual. One of our favorites and definitely worth a drive.
Our book club (10 people) had dinner on Thurs. March 27 before attending a play at the New Rep. Seating was prompt and we were able to get out in time for the show. Cocktails were good, if pricy. Appetizers of ceviche and olives were both tasty. Enjoyed shrimp quesadillas & people also spoke highly of salmon, paella & tapas.
Nice meal, nice atmosphere. Will be back.
Everything was just great.
Huge portion of food, could eat only half of the portion.
Everything freshly prepared.
Very nice personal, excellent service. Good background music.
Fun! The churros are not to be missed!
Ate here before a New Rep. show. We were running a little late so we know we would be pushing it. We notified our waitress when we sat down and she agreed we should order.
Meal was excellent! Great food, great atmosphere and ambiance, and service! I will definitely be back and will plan to be able to spend more time appreciating all this place has to offer.
My favorite restaurant for comfort food! My favorite is either La Verde with Steak or Carnitas Encembolladas! Definitely try Pedro's margarita or the Coconut Margarita. So great! (But STRONG! :D )
Great food and service
My husband and I went to La Casa de Pedro for our 26th anniversary. The first time we went was for New Year's Eve. We had so much fun the first time we decided to return. La Casa did not disappoint. I'm so glad we chose this restaurant. Live salsa music, terrific servers, bartenders and awesome food. I'm telling everyone about it. Will definitely be back!
The driest chicken I have ever eaten in my life. Flavor ranged from okay to bland. Cocktails were sickly sweet. Wine list was pretty lame.
My wife and I went for a late valentines date and it was perfect. The food was so good, the waiter was very timely and the live music was the cherry on top.
Incredible ambiance and delicious food! We ordered the Caramel Kiss Sangria and loved it. The salsa that comes with the chips was incredible. Both of my friend and I loved the food we ordered for our entrees and were happy we went there. Can’t wait to come back!
Jalapeño margaritas were horrible. Must be a new bartender as they have been excellent previously. Service a bit slow this time. Waiter forgot to bring sugar with our coffee.
We’ve always come on special occasions anniversaries Valentine’s Day birthdays meeting up with old friends and have always had a fantastic experience the food the other night was better than I anticipated we will continue to come back and recommend the restaurant to anyone who asks we now want to try the one in Boston have always gone to the one in Watertown
I had the most delicious chicken and vegetable soup ever!
Love this place, despite not great service and average food. The atmosphere is super fun, drinks are awesome, and table configuration excellent for groups.
Have been there many times but this time it was very disappointing. To start off, had to deal with $12 valet fee which they’ve never charged before and was due to a “large party” having an event there. Why should that be passed on to a regular diner? Also, the whole attraction of going to a restaurant is the suburbs is not to also deal with city parking fees.
I had to send my steak back to be cooked some more but after a long wait time where we had to summon the waitress to ask for this to be done.
I realize that it was a Saturday night but still, there seemed to be plenty of wait staff around.
Best spicy margaritas
Food is always good
Portions are ample
Fernando is an excellent server! The food never fails. The band and music is always good. On my top 5 to go list😊
We were a group of 13. Everything - food, service and especially cocktails - was delicious. Server was attentive and efficient.
Great place but service seemed a little slow and a waiter kept leaning ove our seat to service the table next to us so I was not an ideal spot
We had a lovely afternoon! Food is always good and the wait staff is attentive. The atmosphere is fun.....definitely worth the trip!
Have been going to casa de Pedro for years and it never ceases to satisfy. Pedro was there, as he often is, checking in with staff and customers.
The food was excellent, as was the service. We were going to the theater after dinner and our server was very sensitive to our time constraints. We were served and our bill settled in plenty of time to get to the theater. I had the De Los Roques salad and I've never seen it at another restaurant. It is excellent.
La comida excelente y muy buena atención.
Was seated in an area being covered by the bartender who was extremely pleasant but drink making was the priority. Sat an extremely long time before I was offered water or to order. My app came and because it was so uncreative ai didnt have much of a desire to order anymore. I was interested in the special until they told me the snapper had been replaced by haddock.
We were looking for something new and different and we found it! The restaurant is beautifully decorated In a South American/ Mexican style. There was even some live entertainment! I have celiac disease so I was relieved to hear that so many of their dishes are naturally gluten free. The Margaritas came first and they were delicious. We had Nachos (gluten free)and a Shrimp Appetizer Special(not gluten free). Dinner was very good and the portions were large - I brought home half my Pork Osso Bucco. There is a large outdoor dining area that we will check out when the weather warms up! The service was pretty good, the only complaint was that our water glasses were often empty- not a huge issue.
Met up with an old friend to catch up. Our nacho appetizers were a great start to our meal with the peach margarita for my friend and a regular margarita for me. Her trout and my salmon dish was so flavorful with the onion and peppers complimented with plantains. We share a coconut flan and I look forward to coming back soon.
We were very dissatisfied with the quality of food we received. We ordered tapas at 7:15 on a Friday night, so unless your chef, sous chef, and dishwasher all called out there is no excuse for the food we received. It appears as though whom ever prepared our meal was drunk. We ordered queso and received shredded Mexican cheese over kilbasa (it wasn’t chorizo like stated) all swimming in oil severed with chips from a bag. We ordered a steak tapas that was covered in granules of salt to the point where it was inedible. We ordered the yolanda’s Seafood mix which was suppose to be sautéed with a balsamic drizzle. We received a bowl of over fried seafood including mussels that were so old and over cooked we couldn’t get them out of the shell. My pina colada tasted like it had just looked at a bottle of rum. My date had requested a dry Riesling and got the sweetest option on the menu. Disgusting.
Wide variety menu with Hispanic influences
Had a great time for my friends bday dinner
