La Brezza Ristorante Ratings and Reviews
la Brezza was okay... the staff really made it sound so amazing but it was average. My pasta was kind of bland. My biggest issue was the staff. He was so pushy, wanted my wife to order something other than the lasagna because there was better stuff on the menu. He would not leave her alone until she tried my calamari even though she doesn’t like calamari. He even offered to buy her meal if she tried it, which she did, and he didn’t.
Just wanted a quiet nice meal in our neighbourhood and ended up feeling a little bullied by this particular staff.
Was surprised to discover that they were still open, as i had heard that "Marco" had passed. Truly was not sure, when we booked what to expect?......It was awesome! The staff, from when we entered till departure were pleasant, energetic, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fresh, plated well and tasted great. Thank you for the adherence to the taste and ambience standards, that i feel were there when Marco was still with us. I would recommend "La Brezza Ristorante" to anyone for any event where the quality of the meal is important.
Marco would be proud!
Noise was excessive. Party of 8 only drank and created distraction by being very loud and boisterous. Restaurant is vey small staff could have seated this party in a less central location. Staff paid little or no attention to other patrons. Definitely not up to previous visits
The food at the restaurant was great however it was very dark with two overhead lights being out, so dark we could not read the menu without a flashlight. There was a larger group which was extremely noisy in the small space causing our visit with relatives to be very difficult. Even tho the food was good along with the service I would not recommend this restaurant if you are intent on having a visit with companions.
We’ve been out of country for a couple of years and used to frequent this place before we left. We heard of Marco’s sad passing while we were gone and wondered if it changed...we were not disappointed. Marco’s wife and team have kept his memory alive in the food and ambiance. Thank you!
Service was amazing. We arrived and had to say nothing. We were greeted with the knowledge of who and why we were coming. Server was great. Funny and on top of things at all time. Suggestions were tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Most of ays had fish with pasta. Good Italian dishes. Wine paring was excellent and spot on.
Would definitely come back.
